I was not satisfied with my visa issuance, because I was wrongly advised on the steps!! Firstly, I was required to upload a new passport with a valid expiration date, that’s what they told me to do, if I wanted to get my visa on time. They assured me to leave the visa status as “pending” and we agreed I’d upload it in 2 days. You can’t imagine how surprised I was when they approved my visa the following day!! Although I asked several times if it’s possible to proceed with my old passport since it was still valid for the next 5 months, they rejected my request and said there was no possible way for that!! I did cancel my old passport afterwards and already applied for a new one (as agreed) and when that was ready, they didn’t accept my new passport claiming my visa was already issued and they could not do anything about it and that I had to apply and pay for a new visa issuance and plus cancellation fee of the wrong one!! Double and extra charged for false information delivery and wrong guidance! Total scam for money!!! Shame!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND TO USE THIS PLATFORM! Go for the other one.
