Duck Pond Market Reviews

I had a wonderful experience attending the Richmond Market as a trial stallholder. From the moment I arrived, I was very impressed by the beautiful location, the welcoming atmosphere, and the excellent organisation of the market.
I really enjoyed being surrounded by such a lovely selection of sellers and meeting the visitors who came to the market. There was a very positive and friendly energy throughout the day, and I felt that it was a fantastic environment to showcase my handmade work.
The market has a great character and attracts a lovely mix of people, making it a very enjoyable experience for both sellers and customers. I particularly appreciated how pleasant and supportive the overall experience was.
I would highly recommend Richmond Market to other independent and handmade sellers. I thoroughly enjoyed my trial stall and would be very happy to return. It was a genuinely lovely experience, and I look forward to being part of the market again. Thank you.

Great market, excellent community

Had a fab time!!! Great location and ethical

This was first time at Duck Pond Market, Marlow and my experience was amazing! Theo was incredibly welcoming, informative and accommodating throughout the whole day. Whenever I had a question or was unsure on something, Theo was there to help right away.

The location for the market was lovely and met some lovely people on neighbouring stalls (ended up exchanging details). I've already booked my spot for two weeks time. Look forward to joining Theo and the Duck Pond team again!

This was our first ever market as a small start-up business, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Duck Pond Market. The team was very helpful, friendly and supportive (just made us feel very welcome!), and everything was well organised.

It was a great opportunity for us to introduce to more customers and gain confidence as a new small business. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and meeting the other stallholders too.

Thank you to the whole Duck Pond Market team for making our first market experience such a positive and enjoyable one. We’re looking forward to coming back and trading with you again!

quick reply on enquiries from the team, great management

An outstanding experience from start to finish. The organisation was impeccable, communication was excellent, and the overall standard of the market was truly impressive. I’m very grateful for the opportunity to have joined for a trial day and sincerely hope I’ll have the chance to work with the Duck Pond Market team again. Highly recommended!

I am a ceramicist who trades at Duck Pond Richmond. It is a beautiful venue and the traders are very friendly.

Lovely team to work with and they put small touches into the market that make things feel a bit more personal. Would recommend

I traded with Duck Pond Market for the first time at Ruislip and couldn’t recommend them more. Everything was well organised, the team were friendly and supportive throughout, and the market itself has a lovely, considered atmosphere that draws exactly the kind of thoughtful crowd you hope for. A real pleasure from setup to packdown, and I’ve already booked my next date.

A fantastic market with a lovely atmosphere and a very well-organised team. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful from start to finish. I met some wonderful fellow traders and had a successful day. I would happily recommend Duck Pond Market to other small businesses and look forward to trading with them again.

The staff were very very helpful and supportive.

This is certainly a market family that will assist you in elevating your brand, whilst staying true to its core ethos. All questions you have are answered professionally and with a kind spirit to see you do well.

The locations are great and provide a good landscape to experiment with, so that you know what works for you regarding clientele.

What's most great is the other business stalls alongside you. It feels like everyone is supportive of one another and will reciprocate any help you offer.

Highly recommended for small businesses starting out or established.

Excellent, weekend great vibe excellent customers.

I did my stallholder trial at Ruislip and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The staff were friendly and the other stallholders were helpful and encouraging. I’m definitely coming back. Thank you!

I have just taken part in a trial market and found the experience with the organisers really helpful. Theo, who was in charge at Chiswick Park was very caring and attentive. All the products being sold there were of high quality which maintain the cohesion of the high standard. The other stallholders were very friendly and supportive. There was a great buzz of customers though out the event. I had a very pleasant experience and will be booking again for this and other venues organised by Duck Pond Market.

What a friendly market. From a stall holder point of view the organisers couldn’t have been more helpful. It was busy market with lots of interest and custom for the stalls.

Such lovely staff that made my first market stress free and easy! Great environment and the other stall holders are lovely!
