It was easy to set up my profile and my dogs. The ease of setting up a video call rather than having to load up 3 goofy sheepdogs and take them to the vet is definitely worth the price. Wish I had found Dutch sooner.

This experience with Dutch has been amazing! My dog has allergies, gets frequent skin and ear infections and anxiety. She has to be completely sedated to go to the vet just to be seen and get antibiotics. It is a very stressful situation not to mention having to have that level of sedation several times a year. Today the vet saw her on video, assessed her skin and ears, we discussed her history and he prescribed her the medications and treatment plan. No extreme sedation needed to get the same treatment that she needs! If your dog or cat has similar experiences you MUST try Dutch! I am so thankful I found them!

This was perfect. I was able to get two animals seen and taken care of in 10 minutes.

We decided to try an online vet service since our current local vet has just become so unaffordable. After lots of research we decided to try Dutch. The appointment was easy to make. But the actual appointment was an awful experience. It was our first appointment and the vet was extremely rude and dismissive. The call was around 5 minutes because it seems like he just wanted to not be taking appointments. My teenage son was also on the call because he wants to be a vet, and he couldn’t believe someone that loves animals was so mean and didn’t care about his dog. Really regretting this decision. All we’re trying to do is help our sweet pug, and now I never want to use this service again. Such a waste of money.

took the cat to Dutch for an infected paw...80% less.

Very attentive Vet experience.

All vets we have seen have been very nice and super helpful! Love it that you pay a yearly fee and can see the vet as much as you need. So much more convenient that running to the local vet all the time! Highly recommend Dutch!

I had an amazing experience with Dutch. The vet was extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and answered every single question I had without rushing.

I just had yet another great experience with a veterinarian through Dutch. Not everything can be addressed through an online medical service, but when you have 5 pets, it's great to be able to get veterinary advice and get them the medications they need without having to have a really expensive vet visit for every renewal.

I've used dutch for a Year and I was going to renew my membership the following year. Until my dog kept getting a spot on her leg that would lose fur and start to get puffy..I scheduled an appointment with a vet on Dutch. The first vet appointment went well..she listened to what I had to say which was "my dog keeps getting a spot in her leg where I think she chews when she gets anxious, bored and etc. the vet said it was infected from consit chewing..and prescribed antibiotics (oral), and topical antibiotic moose the spot on my dog's leg had gotten better. So fast forward a few months after the meds we're gonna and we had gotten a bad storm the chewing started again from anxiety yes my dog has really really bad anxiety with loud noises to where she starts to shake and hides..anyways after the chewing starts again the spot returned the same place on the same leg right where I saw her chewing. So I take her to a local vet. Same out come and the spot goes away. So fast forward a year the spot returns a 3rd time I scheduled a vet appointment with Dutch..however this time it was different the vet didn't want to hear what I had to say even though I had said when scheduling the appointment every time before, I live with the dog and observe her actions on a daily basis and she just viewed on for about 20 seconds on camera on a 10 minute video call. The spot, the anxiety, the chewing and the spot healing with the meds. But the vet didn't wanna hear it. She already had her diagnosis made up and most likely even the prescriptions which there 2 that were over $100 each one with 2 refills. She was rude and pretty much told me I didn't know what I was talking about (I didnt tell her that the previous diagnosis came from previous vets..2 completely different vets). The 3rd vet told me it was caused by fleas and the 1 spot was an allergic reaction. After the Dutch appointment I called a local vet and made an appointment that same day was prescribed the antibiotics and my dog's leg healed again. I will not be renewing my dutch membership because alot of the vets on dutch try to push expensive meds from the Dutch pharmacy. It's all a money grab. Some of the vets on dutch actually care about our pets not most of them are on dutch to sell Dutch products and prescriptions to make a commissions some times very expensive meds. So the next time if something doesn't seem right at your next dutch appointment get a second opinion before paying for any expensive meds from dutch pharmacy.
