Convenient and better than expected!
Just what I was hoping for an online vet visit. I would recommend to anyone who has a pet with chronic conditions. Dr. Payne is very knowledgeable and friendly. The yearly fee is very reasonable and I’m glad I finally tried Dutch. The online service today streamlined an appointment for me & my dog during a flare of her standard UTI problem.

Quick, Easy and affordable!
I was able to get my dog in for an abbess on her shoulder that started to ooze. She I got in and out of the virtual appointment in five minutes. FIVE MINUTES! And in the middle of the workday at that. The vet was kind an answered all my questions and gave me clear instructions on keeping the area cleaned. They then drop the prescription in your cart for you to buy. Then I get everything shipped right to my door. I love our local vet but they are impossible to get into. Dutch has saved us so time and money, which we all need these days.

I had an appointment scheduled for the very next morning (on a Sunday)after signing up for Dutch.com. The service was fast, professional, and incredibly convenient for my pet.
I have a somewhat feral kitty who is very difficult to catch and take to a traditional vet. This service allowed him to be seen by a veterinarian without putting either of us through the unnecessary stress and struggle of trying to get him into a carrier and to a clinic. I’m very grateful to have this option.

Dutch is a life saver in terms of professional accurate EASY care for your pets. I’ve used them multiple times now for one of my dogs and now my cat. My cat goes bananas when I try to take him out to the vet so this was quick and easy and to the point. What an incredible service Dutch provides. So absolutely worth every penny and in all honesty it’s a steal for what it costs a year especially compared to how you get pounded with so many fees going to a brick and mortar vet. So far every vet I’ve dealt with here has been phenomenal.

Animals are expensive in general but with Dutch we were able to get treatment for our fur babies and didn't have to sell a kidney to do so. The cost was doable for the membership and the doctor listened to our concerns and actually heard us by prescribing meds we could actually afford.

Everyone that’s thinking about using the Service keep in mind you get a quick visit that takes absolutely forever to get medications especially for a dog that needs them. They do not stay in contact and they will not update you on where your medications are. I strongly do not recommend this service.

I’ve been really impressed with Dutch…
I’ve been really impressed with Dutch so far. The app was easy to use, getting an appointment was quick, and being able to have all three of my cats seen from home was incredibly convenient. The video visit worked well, and I was able to get an actual care plan without the stress of loading three cats into carriers and hauling them to a vet’s office. For something like flea treatment, this was exactly what I needed. I’d definitely use Dutch again.
