Having a DVS installed in my house has been a game changer and the best money I've spent this year. I have a new home and the difference it's made has been amazing. Besides no more condensation, we no longer need to run the heat pump during the night and there's been no need to set the timer for it to come on in the afternoon as the house quickly heats up once the heating is turned on after work. Also, we've hardly used the gas fire at all. The house feels so much drier and is a lot easier to heat. Right form the first contact I made the DVS, the service has been exceptional, and I have since referred friends and family to DVS.

I received an email from DVS to advise my annual date to buy and install a new filter for the DVS system was due. This was my first time needing this since the system was installed. I was advised the price and the two types of filters were recommended to choose from. I placed the order by returned email. I was offered credit card or internet banking payment. I appreciated the options and picked internet banking. I received an email advising it had been despatched the same day of my order and payment. Everything went smoothly and the courier delivered it to my door within the 2 day period. I had the option to connect to recommended installers in my area but I chose to arrange that separately as we have an electrician in the family. I would add an electrician is not needed to install the filter as you can view the step by step video guide provided by DVS on how to do this installation yourself ( or for another person you know who can climb up into the roof). I am very happy with the friendly professional service I received. I will be buying the filter again from DVS next year.
The DVS system I purchased has proven very effective to stop the condensation issue on my windows and has given me fresh air in the home year round.

Great service and amazing product, after getting double glazing its worth spending a little more and investing in DVS to keep your home warm and dry!!

I have had a DVS system since I moved into my home in 2012. In 2025 one of the ventilation covers was damaged and fell off after renovations. I got in contact with DVS who said an installer would come out. To this day approximately 6 weeks later I have not had any contact. DVS you were great when you wanted my money but your after sales customer service is appaling.

The team we’re onto our request and job undertaken as soon as equipment arrived from courier.
Technician was friendly and efficient and took old system away and left everything tidy.
DVS system is amazing no more crying windows like advertised.
We even received generous discount for being Pensioners.

Phil and the team at DVS were responsive and helped ensure the design we put together, met our needs. He was prompt with responding to our queries and took the time to explain the system's function and ensure we understood. We appreciated the flexibility of the installation crew as well.

We had very fast and efficient service from our first point of contact through to the installation. We now have a dry and condensation free home. Every home should have a DVS system installed. Lara was very knowledgeable in assessing our needs and advising on the correct system for our home and Sam installed it a couple of weeks later within a couple of hours and with no inconvenience whatsoever

Highly recommend DVS systems. Phil Auckland Manager Auckland Central was absolutely brilliant to deal with. Positive and informative advice to what would work best. Pricing excellent compared to others and no hard selling. Upgraded an old system from another brand to DVS EC Climate Controlled. Within 1 week was installed, took 1 1/2 hrs first thing in morning. Overnight the air was so much dryer. AAA++ Service

We have had a DVS system for over 10 years in our house and have had no issues. We decided to add an outlet in the garage recently and we were very happy with the service from booking to installation. Russell who did the installation was fantastic, efficient and friendly. Also, he arrived right on time which was very much appreciated! Thank you.

We moved from a very old HRV system to a modern DVS system. To keep it simple we were looking at power saving because the HRV system was runnng two old AC electric motors which use more power.
The new DVS system runs one DC electric motor to our five ceiling vents.
Results after 5 months with power saving is looking positive as power bills increase.
Pros for DVS: it is very quiet when running compared to the old HRV system.
The control panel is easy to use.
You can replace the fan filter yourself to reduce costs.
Cons: our only issue to date is getting more warm air from the roof into the house during the day, it seems really slow to warm up the house.

Extremely efficient, from initial home visit to installation. Absolutely impressed with everyone at DVS. Highly recommend them.

Can’t fault this company at all. From the first phone call, to having our system installed was 2 weeks, fantastic service and so happy with our DVS. Our house is so much dryer and warmer and no condensation at all. Thanks guys, very happy.

Russell arrived on time and installed the 4 vent DVS system in ~2 hours. The installation was sympathetic to the uneven ceiling panelling: the edges of the vent cut in order that they would sit flush to the ceiling. The workmanship was to a high standard. Russell cleaned up afterwards.

Emma & Russell from the Auckland branch were incredible to deal with, so prompt, professional and friendly. We weren’t able to be home the day our DVS was installed but we trusted them to be there alone and we came back to a well installed DVS and no mess at all.

Even though we are in a modern home with extra glazing and heatpumps, we were finding wet windows in the morning and our kids have allergies and asthma. We have noticed an immediate difference and are loving our DVS

We have been with DVS for 10 years now, and the service we have received has been excellent! Everything we have from our DVS ventilation system and heat pumps have not failed or broken down in this time. Yesterday we got two more small Mitsubishi heat pumps installed. Gordon came around our place and sorted out what size of heat pumps we would need, the location and where to place them for maximum benefit. Sue was brilliant at guiding me through all the financial details and helping with payments. Vincent the electrician made sure everything worked, cleared up all the mess and rubbish and thoroughly tested the pumps. Extremely professional team at DVS who care about their clients, and work to achieve the best results possible. I would recommend them to everyone thinking about home ventilation and heat pump systems.
