water cooling blocks didn't come with the fittings, you had to reship those so I ended up paying another fee for out of country shipment

The platform offers fast shipping and is easy to use. All the products came exactly as described and in the right quantities.

Your website is extremely slow and difficult to navigate, and it seems well overdue for an update. I am also constantly frustrated by the lack of detail about your products and spare parts! I have bought several parts, such as nozzles and HE parts, that did not fit any of the assemblies I owned. I don't understand why you don't list every HE or extruder that each part fits so that the customer can buy the correct parts. It doesn't help to call either--I have never had a call answered--poor customer service in my experience.

Finally an extruder that just works!! So far working great!!!I have tried a number of Chinese junk ones. You get what you pay for..

I’m not a big fan of the temp sensor used in the hot end though. Way too sensitive to cracking and it’s tough to get any left over broken pieces. Maybe make it a through hole..

I've been working with Dyze Design for several years. They are always quick to respond, offer fair pricing and quick shipping. On the rare occasion there is a problem, they make it right.

Purchased the water cooling block for a NEMA23 motor. The mounting holes on the block were approx. 0.5mm off from the matching the motor's screws. I had to make the holes on the block larger. I do love the machined finish quality. Just wished i didn't have to make the holes bigger.

When looking for replacement parts, not everything is on the website. Once I contacted the sales department i was able to sort things out.

Avec l'ensemble d'extrudeur, j'ai pu maîtriser l'utilisation des TPU.
Les pièces réalisées sont exceptionnelles de résistance dans toutes les directions x,y et z en particulier en comparaison avec l'ABS ou même le PC.
L'adptation que j'ai réalisée à simplement constitué de limiter la pression sur le filament.
Une butée amovible derrière le levier du presseur permet de passer instantanéement entre TPU et ABS ou PC.
