Great experience! Sent pics as requested and the seat covers fit perfect. Very happy with my purchase.

The covers are made of beautiful well designed comfort leather fits wonderful. I would recommend to others and will rate them a five star 🌟.

There is no mention on your website, and there was no mention at time of ordering about expected production or shipping time. I ordered seat covers on Sept 10. 12 days later I reached out by email to request an update & Lily replied that production time is 7 days —this was very ambiguous.

19 days after ordering I received a notice on 9/29 that my item was shipped.

27 days after ordering I emailed again to state there was no tracking information and again Lily replied ambiguously : ‘ Hi friend，Your order is on its way and will arrive soon. Please be patient.’

33 days after ordering I emailed again to again request tracking info. Finally I received an explanation in broken English: ’ Because the seat cover is making from China Around 7 days and shipped by sea shipping need 20-30 days.’

43 days after ordering I received my item. It was as described but had more covers than needed which made me frustrated to have paid for unneeded materials.

Your company does not provide expectations for shipping time, and your customer service emails were reasonably prompt but were misleading and written in near incomprehensible language.

The seat covers are working adequately at this time.

Please address the above website info, shipping info at time of ordering, and poor customer service for future customers.

Hello, i just installed my seat covers on my 2021 Mercedes CLA 35 AMG everything came out great. Great seat covers and i am very HAPPY!

Unfortunately, because of all the internet scams I was very concerned about the fact that my order was not showing up in the system as shipped. I contacted DZX and they were very prompt with their response to why the shipment did not show up. That just made me more uneasy and only because of other companies taking advantage of online orders. Long story short, I continued to ask questions and DZX continued to respond politely and patiently to my uneasiness about my order and the possibility that it was not legit. I received my order, and the seat covers are of very good quality. Maybe DZX could reach out to its customers if the order is taking longer than the time mentioned on the site and also if they could make sure that shipping is explained for those of us that may be uneasy with ordering online due to fraud.

The DZX seat covers are amazing. They fit perfectly, very comfortable, I love the colour, and the quality is as good as the original seats. Would highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their Audi's interior.

I am really pleased with the quality of seat cover I purchased for my Ford Mustang convertible. Although no installation instructions were provided, putting the seat covers on the seats was intuitive enough to do on my own in about 30-45 minutes. They really enhanced the look of the car. The only thing was it took more than 8 weeks to arrive, but that is not the fault of company, just the slow transit of the boats across the ocean. I recommend they have an option for expedited shipments. But seriously, this was a good product for the price and I would buy it again.

I’m very happy with the letter in the product in the call. I want to make the call out to the one I want if it’s properly a bit struggle with the back but is not them as the car but I’m very happy I give them five star very very happy.

After trying to put the covers on, I'm devastated! It's not leather, the rear seat doesn't fit at all, and the headrests hang out like a piece of sackcloth. The armrest is for a right-hand drive car. It's a complete disaster.

Seat cover fit like a glove and color was as pictured online. Shipping took awhile, but that was expected as they are custom made. Velcro could be stronger (was kind of hard to get it to stick).

I like the way it looks on my car console with the leather diamond look and it looks like new. It took a while to get here though but in the end it was worth the wait.

My cover came exactly as expected, and it was an exact fit. I’m very excited about it but you guys got to improve on your delivery time, it took nearly two months before receiving my order.

Love, Love, LOVE!!! These covers actually look as they are represented online. So glad I purchased them. The quality is amazing. They really elevated the interior of my Rav4. I couldn't be happier. They do have a loose fit, so don't expect form fitting. If they were made to fit tighter they would've been impossible to get over the seat. The color is true to the photos online. They did take a while to get to me, but it was worth the wait. All my emails/ questions were answered in a timely manner. I wish there had been an install video specifically for the Rav4, but we figured it out watching the other videos.
