Amazing experience, friendly staff and fast delivery service!!
We’re so I start! What an amazing company! I told my friend that she was buying over expensive liquids and that e-liquids sell Bar Juice Liquid which is 5 for £10 so you get an extra one! Unlike when you buy in your local shop and you only get 4 for £10. I was very pleased with the customer service, update information and fast delivery service! I will be using this company again in the future as it is easy to use, even with a nice easy age verification page to securely make sure everyone is of legal age to purchase! I am amazed with this company and can’t wait to buy from them again. From business to business I highly recommend this company!

What’s gone on?! Was a good company your go to, fast delivery and great deals, thought I would order from them again after a few bad experiences but still waiting for my order after 3 days of ordering. Such a shame, let’s see if my parcel turns up…

Awful awful awful company that I…
Awful awful awful company that I suspect is a scam site. In stock when ordered for next day delivery, 5 days later I get a text asking if I want a replacement which was the same day they “sent out” my order which was out of stock apparently. Next day I get a card from DPD saying it’s left outside, it’s not there. Contact the company saying it’s out of their hands. Clarified that actually the day they asked if I wanted a replacement (5 days after ordering for next day delivery) it was actually out of stock. Took about 4 emails to clarify that they’d actually sent an alternative product with out me telling them to, which I would’ve refused. Now they’ve taken £45 for an order that was out of stock and vapes that were never received. Total scammers.

AVOID: THEY SELL COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS
Ordered some replacement pods, 95% of them were duff, either didn't work or when they did they lasted about an hour. Contacted customer support who were useless at best and kept replying with things like 'can you send us videos of the device you purchased to show it's not working' they had no intention whatsoever to make good the counterfeit or faulty pods they were selling. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!

This feels like a SCAM company
This feels like a SCAM company. This is the third and final order I've placed with them, for there to be NO movement on my order after 3+ days! It just says "unfulfilled" and DPD sent an apology that package is delayed (presumably because they haven't even received it!).
They advertised 'same day dispatch' as a big feature of theirs, but it's completely UNTRUE.

Opened vapes!
Parcel arrived late, and when I opened it, my vapes where all opened with no seal. Had to bin the lot as I don't know if they are genuine or if someone else has touched their mouth on them. Total joke and will never order again from them!

Placed an order for next day delivery with Royal Mail. not heard a peep from the company. No email with tracking number. No delivery. First and last time using this place. 2 days later received tracking number but have been told that the item has not been dispatched. Phone number does not work, they do not reply to emails. Continuously late delivery even advertising next day delivery
Placed a good few orders using the next day delivery dpd. Last three times my order hasn’t been dispatched same day as advised. And sometimes 2-3 days later. One parcel never arrived and waited two weeks to be resolved and wait for replacement. Last order I’ve placed and still waiting for will be the last
