Prices and service that can't be beaten
The prices can't be beaten, and neither can the customer service.
I've used them for years now and have never had a bad experience, they carry themselves better than any business I've encountered in terms of customer service and the effort they put in.
It makes no sense considering how good the value is too!
I recommend them to everyone I know who vapes and everyone's always shocked at how good the prices are.

The best vape liquid I've found
The best vape liquid I've found , I had to order different ones last time and this time I got my usual vape juice which is juice bar , the difference was outstanding.
I always buy from this site as delivery is quick and not too expensive. The juices last me over a month aswell . So I'm spending only £20 per month which is fantastic considering to what I was spending on cigarettes. I feel better vaping , it seems mire acceptable although changing over is not easy , you just have to get the right strength and juice for you . If I want a cigarette I'll have one , however im 90% vaping alone . Lots of choice on the site

Not happy but it came
They're okay took absolutely ages to come even though paid extra for it to come next day , said I missed on verification which there was none until I whatsapped and was told so , was frankly very annoyed as I had to buy disposables to hold me over as there isn't juices round my area .

Lost orders ----- again and again
Placed two orders last week. Stated Royal Mail delivery. Warehouse sent by DPD - I have now 'lost' five orders through this.
Contacted customer services - No explanation just an offer of a refund.
Asked what went wrong - ...... still waiting
Over £100 - no refund yet...
Disappointing to say the least.
Regular customer,..... just disappointed.

Stay away from this company!! I have been buying from them for a few yrs with no probs but today and a date in November they have taken the money from bank acc confirmed my order then I received an email to say i have to make a payment, my acc shows order pending and as for customer services what a load of crap!!!!!!!
Thats me been conned twice i should of learned the 1st time.

Wrong items received, zero response from company
Placed an order and received a text to say they were out of stock of the items, no problem, it happens.
Was advised they had alternative flavours available so asked for them to split the order. Received no response.
I was then delivered a different flavour that I cannot stand. So messaged the person who text me (Richard), still no response.
Tried to contact via their contact number, constantly engaged.
Messaged their whatsapp contact number, they responded asking for a photo of what was delivered, which I provided. No response.
Emailed their contact email, no response.
Update - Received a response via email and they have processed a refund.
Won't be using them again, loyal customer totally ignored.
