Fantastic experience with E Gas & Electricity!
Switching over was simple and hassle-free, and everything since has been just as smooth. Their communication is clear and I always feel well informed about my usage. Customer service is top-notch, friendly, fast, and genuinely helpful. It’s great to have a provider that delivers reliability and great value without any fuss. I’m extremely happy with the service and would confidently recommend E Gas & Electricity to anyone!

I use a lot of electric being a single mom and an electric only house. E has great cheap prices. I love using the app and get notifications when my balances are low.
Problem resolved with compassion and care.
I did have a problem and due to my mental and physical health problems, I was struggling to sort it out, which delayed the process greatly. However, once my case reached Karl, in the complaints department. He resolved the matter very quickly and has restored my faith in human kindness. Plus, he was very understanding regarding my anxiety with talking on the phone and my FND, making my body going into spasms. The Engineer, that came out, was also lovely and caring to me, both on the phone and whilst looking at my meter. I appreciate, very much, both their caring and compassionate handling of my complaint and by turning a bad experience around. Karl has also made me feel much better, with a very lovely token, so that I can have heating and hot water, without having to worry so much, which I greatly appreciate.

The ap never updates. Moved from Utilita and in under 2 weeks my electricity doubled! Spoke to E who said to have my appliances checked as much be an issue at my end. Funny how it only doubled when I moved to E. They wouldn’t escalate my complaint or even look into my issues. Was told there is no issue there end and they are the cheapest, clearly not! The rep stands at the door telling you a pack of lies and slagging off every other company just to get you to sign up and everything seems too good to be true at, which turns out is is! Electric cut off 4 times in 10 days yet continually topping up! Money never goes on metre so have to manually put in long top up codes using tiny buttons each time which someone with eye sight issues would definitely struggle with. Then it never shows on the ap what your actual balance is. It doesn’t update regularly. Switch back to Utilita underway. AVOID!

Not only have I noticed genuine savings on my bills, but every time I’ve needed help, they’ve answered the phone quickly with no long waiting lines! The agents are friendly, knowledgeable, and always able to sort things out without any hassle. It’s been a smooth, stress-free experience from the start. Highly recommend

I have been with E since June and I honestly can not fault them. No standing charges which is amazing, have recently started using the tumble dryer and have received a few notifications saying I have used more electric than I usually do and to check that no appliances have been left on. Which I think is great, my mum has recently moved to E after me telling her how good they are are how much money I have been saving since I’ve switched.

Had my Smart meter fitted lovely engineer polite and friendly. No standing charge bonus. Alot cheaper than utilita who I was with before and got straight through to the call centre when I needed to no wait times. Best decision I ever made. Definitely recommend them.

Switched to E from another supplier…
Switched to E from another supplier recently due to price and have to say it's been really easy. Contact centre staff very friendly, have had smart meter installed and working straight away. Able to use the app to top up, don't even need to leave the house. So far, been a great move!

I used my gas for the first time last week and was great not to have to pay off the summer standing charges with my first top up like I did with my old supplier
They trick you by saying they have no…
They trick you by saying they have no standing charges, but their rate on Easy Smart is almost 50p kw/h despite them having been aware that we work from home. No wonder that we kept having to top up our electricity every 3 days! We've now switched to a different supplier and they keep sending pressurising texts and emails to try and get us to go back. You can shove that idea elsewhere, we're so glad to be gone from E lol
