Best guidance and advice in the JobSearch process
From the start of the course to the start of my new roles in tech sales was just 6 weeks. Compare that to the mindless 6 months of searching and hunting I’d done prior with no results and it’s clear the course and training was worth every penny and minute.
Having come from an entrepreneurial background, I had never had to hunt and apply for a new job before. So when it came time for me to make this move I had no idea what I was doing.
The biggest value I got from the Earlywork bootcamp and team was the strategy and guidance in job search. From the end of the course it only took me 3 weeks of focussed and strategic searching to land a great role in tech sales. All the credit goes to the Earlywork team, can’t recommend highly enough.
Even if you’re not looking for a new job or career change. Do the academy anyway! You’ll learn a lot about the tech and sales industries and you’ll meet a bunch of legends along the way.

Straight to the point, my 3 main drivers for the course are:
1. ROI
Skills wise they develop the need know that you’ll inevitably do every single day regardless of your role in this industry or the next. You don’t have to worry about “will this even come up in the role?”
Yes. Yes it will and you’ll be more than ready for it when it does. Cost is covered at the end.
2. The people I’m learning with (particularly and more importantly the people I’m learning from!)
Cohort wise, it didn’t matter what your strengths or weakness were. EarlyWork is the kind of team that has no intention in forcing you a certain way but rather allow you to make the most of the things that already naturally come to you and putting that in a work/role context. They wouldn’t have accepted you into the course unless the fit was there for you to excel.
3. The snowball effect from both of the above
Overall, you’re left with universally valued skills (regardless of the role) and you’ve done so alongside the kind of people incredibly driven and supportive in making sure you’re not just “okay” or “fine” when starting out, but realistically ready with the character and competency to get things done the way you want it so.
