We have just had an extremely good experience with EA Mobility who recently fitted a walk-in shower for us. The materials arrived on time a few days prior to Lawson the fitter starting the installation. He was very good at consulting us to sort our minor details and his workmanship could not be faulted. All the rubbish was promptly cleared away and we are now enjoying our new shower. We can thoroughly recommend EA Mobility.

Very happy. Efficient process end to end from design to technical survey & install, all made easy by the excellent team.
Mum was particularly happy with Craig the main installer who was very patient, accommodating, leaving the space clean & tidy throughout the process. Solution focused overcoming & resolving a tricky technical challenge.
Great communication from the whole team both on and offsite. End result looks great. Would definitely recommend.

We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the workmanship of our recently installed walk in shower, wall cladding, non-slip floor, new radiator, new towel warmer, raised comfort WC and new wash basin. The whole process from the initial consultation, 3D design, surveyor's report and actual installation all took place with 3 weeks. Connor, Sean, Robert and in particular Adam (installation team - 4 working days to install) were outstanding throughout. Highly recommend this company

I am disabled and we made our minds up to go for a wet room.
The surveyor Coll turned up promptly and we had a full discussion as to our requirements.
We managed to get an appointment for installation quite close.
On the day of installation the installer appeared and it was a man called Peter.
Peter was very knowledgeable and worked tirelessly for four days. There was a hiccup because the supplier sent the wrong radiator. NOT THE FAULT of EA. It was arranged that the Monday would finish the job and Peter turned up early Monday morning and again worked tirelessly to get completion which he did. We were VERY fortunate to have Peter and he was a great advert for the Company. If any of our friends want to go down the same route then we would have no problem recommending this Company.

Kieran was the fitter assigned to our bath replacement shower install. Kieran demonstrated he is both hard working and conscientious. A highly able craftsman who delivered a top install. My wife and I are delighted. We are both now well into our 80’s and our new shower has made a material difference to our lives……thank you Kieran and thank you EA Mobility Group. Highly recommend.

Right from the start I felt comfortable with EA Mobility. From Tara who helped me design a walk-in shower to Damien who installed it with minimum fuss. I was kept informed throughout the installation and consulted when needed. Damien was very pleasant and I had minimum disruption to my day. I am delighted with the finished result. Thankyou.

I have just had a shower and non slip flooring installed by ea mobility. The whole experience was brilliant from first to last. The adviser, Michael, listened to what I needed but didn't try to pressure me to choose a more expensive option or to buy at all. He just took measurements and e-mailed me quotes. The work started on Monday 20 April when the fitter, Warren Jones arrived promptly at 8 am. The workmanship is superb and I would wholeheartedly recommend ea mobility to anyone.

Lawson our fitter was extremely friendly clean and efficient. Felt very safe with him in our home. Communications could be improved with EA themselves but cannot fault the work.

The customer service I received from EA Mobility regarding the installation of a walk-in-shower in August 2025 was very unsatisfactory.

I was told that the installation would take 3 days so I booked into a hotel. I came home after that time and found the job had not been completed because the wrong glass panel had been delivered. I had to wait for the correct one to be delivered and installed before I could use the shower. The installation actually took 8 days! On the same day the job was completed, I received a phone call from a woman at EA Mobility demanding that I make the final payment, which I did. I was surprised as I expected EA Mobility to carry out an inspection to make sure the installation was done properly, before taking final payment. It was not long before I started having issues. The rubber at the bottom of the shower door was too short and the side panel had not been installed securely and kept moving out of place. As a result, water kept leaking out of the side when in use. I contacted EA Mobility in early December 2025 to report the issues and Jon, the installation manager, came to investigate. He confirmed that the rubber was too short and a new one needed to be ordered, but did not address the panel. While Jon was inspecting the shower, he said I could no longer use it and that a Triton engineer would need to be booked to fix it. He did not say what was wrong. I went 19 days over Christmas 2025 without being able to take a shower. When the Triton engineer arrived in the new year, he discovered the water temperature gauge had been installed incorrectly. The blue and brown wiring were installed the wrong way around which he said was potentially dangerous. The engineer corrected this serious blunder. Before he fixed it, I took a photo to send as evidence to EA Mobility which I did, but there was still the issue with the side panel. The next issue I had was the inside shower door handle came loose, due to the door not locking properly when showering. At this point, I called my nephew, who has experience with installation work and asked him to take a look. He confirmed the installation was substandard. Jon came again to inspect the faulty door handle and my nephew was also there to support me. He discussed all the faults with Jon, who agreed that the shower needed to be reinstalled. I am convinced that if my nephew had not been present this would not have happened. Although I was given a date over the telephone for the reinstallation, I did not receive any written confirmation. I called the day before the work was due to be carried out to check it was still going ahead and to request written confirmation. A report was sent to me outlining the work to be done. The reinstallation took 2 full days to complete and I could not shower during that time. I found this further disruption stressful. I am very disappointed that I have never received an official letter from EA Mobility apologising for the substandard installation or even acknowledging responsibility. As a vulnerable pensioner with severe mobility issues, the installation of a walk-in shower was supposed to make my life easier, but the whole experience has been very stressful. I am not impressed with the inadequate customer service I received from EA Mobility and I would not have used their services if I knew things would be so poorly handled.

Had my new bathroom fitted over the last week, arrived very promptly and worked very hard and kept the noise and mess to a minimum. Patrick kept me informed as he was progressing and he was polite and friendly through out.

Damien, our fitter, was amazing from start to finish. He was very patient and caring to my very elderly father, who has mobility issues and ensured the walk in bath and grab handles were exactly as Dad wanted.taking the time with him to include him in important descions.
The end product is exceptionally well installed, looks good and provides safe and comfortable bathing.

Kiran the Fitter was very pleasant and helpful and did a good job. He left everything clean and tidy.
EAMobility were a very professional company to deal with. I would recommend them.

Big shout out to Rod who recently went out of his way to help me with niche advice. After meeting at Naidex exhibition, Rod researched a specific product to meet my needs AND contacted me with really useful information. Such kindness and effort to share knowledge for no personal gain as he was not supplying the aid I needed. He just wanted to help! Thank you, I wouldn’t have found the product without your help.

The service from start to finish was outstanding. Both Coll and Peter went out of their way to ensure what we ordered and wanted was delivered and installed to an excellent standard with minimal disruption to ourselves. Thank you

Very satisfied with our new shower room installation. The project taken by EA mobility was seamless from start to finish. Accomplished in a short period of time with very minimal disruption. E A Mobility are an excellent company to deal with from booking the first appointment to completion of the wet room. Auris our fitter was extremely hard working, talented and a pleasure to have in our house. Having struggled for a year to find a company that would fit a wet room in spite of the concrete floor and underfloor heating, we now have a stylish and functional wet room enabling us to stay in our current property.
