I want to experiment my gratitude to the Eastlines with which I have been collaborating for over 12 years.
Everything was perfect, the girls at the call center were prompt, Mrs. Cristina the best, Mihaela from the warehouse rules, as well as the guys who strive to ensure that everything arrives in perfect condition. I sent an order of 34 boxes last week, everything arrived intact, nothing broken, nothing damaged. And it's not the first time, certainly not the last. Thousands of thanks and I highly recommend you everywhere!

I am very disappointed with Eastlines. I sent two parcels that were carefully packed in strong W.E. Roberts boxes, but they arrived after 11 days and in a terrible condition, both boxes were crushed, torn, and clearly mishandled during transport.

I contacted the company to file a complaint and request compensation. I hope they take responsibility and improve the way they handle customers’ parcels.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received. One of my pieces of baggage has been lost or “misplaced,” and your staff have been unwilling to provide any assistance in resolving this matter.

This level of service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

I have been sending parcels from London to Bucharest since 2015 with this company. On my last order I was not informed that the parcel would be left at my apartment door. Door to door is interpretable. If for 10 years the parcel was left at the apartment door, now it is left at the stairs of the apartment building as if my door is at the stairs at the entrance to the apartment building. I do not recommend this company because it changed the delivery method without informing customers. The call center does not inform customers and there is no phone number for complaints.

Este a doua oara care va las o recenzie buna. Coletul meu a plecat din Romania dupa data de 8 Mai si nici in momentul de fata nu am primit coletul... astazi a spus ca imi ajunge coletul intre orele 12-14 si este ora 18:00 si nici in momentul de fata nu mi a ajuns coletul.. va garantez eu ca o sa fie ultima oara cand comand cu voi si o sa va las recenzi sa nu mai faca nimeni livrari cu voi...va bate ti joc de lume le cere-ti niste sume de banii pentru 2kg sunte-ti o firma de cacat merita ti sa nu m ai platim coletele cand ajung la noi

Pachetul meu a ajuns deteriorat,.iar compania nu si-a asumat responsabilitatea. Nu recomand

AVOID EASTLINES , PLEASE ! I sent 14 parcels from London to Bucharest, bearing in mind that on the eastlines website it is clearly written that the delivery is done from door to door (that is, from home to home), I also asked there on the phone from London when I placed the order, how much and your courier who dropped off the order from London from the door of my sister Emma Pick's house and they all assured me that the delivery is made from the door of my sister's house to the door of my apartment, as it has been done in previous years as well as how many times I sent my sister and I sent parcels from London to Bucharest, but the courier who delivered the parcels here to my address in Bucharest did not bring the parcels to my apartment door. If I was the only one doing what I was doing, would I be fighting with the packages upstairs?! Such a thing is inadmissible and extremely vile, you have become sycophants and liars considering that from London I was assured that I would receive the parcels at the door of my apartment as it is written on your website, Eastlines, as well as according to the words of your colleagues there . This is a joke and it's the last time my family and I will send parcels with Eastlines. I have family in England, France, Austria and everywhere in Europe and none of us will use Eastlines to send parcels to Romania or vice versa. You've lost us customers now because you've become swindlers who say one thing (verbally as well as in writing on the website) and do another. I see that you are trying to fool the world, to make fun of people, but you won't win anything with that. A courier is paid to deliver from home to home (door to door) as it says on all websites, including the eastlines website, but you do not respect this, so we will avoid you altogether. I'm going to report you and you'll only get bad reviews because that's what you deserve. If you clearly write on the website that the delivery is only made to the door of the block, we clearly do not call eastlines, but from now on I will say everywhere how liars you are trying to fool the world and, WHO DO NOT EVEN RESPECT YOUR OWN RULES AND ONLY WRITE LIES ON THE SITE.

To anyone looking to book a courier: remember that usually only people who had issues complain. It makes it seem as if an incredibly high number of users have issues (based on the ratio of positive/negative reviews). The truth is that these users are a very unfortunate few. I'm guessing the company delivers thousands of packages every day, or at the very least every week. If 10 people out of 1000 complain, that's 1% of users. Which is statistically insignificant. Look up any large-ish company you want, you won't see a 100% 5* clean record, and if you do, be sure that the negative reviews were likely purged.

Maybe i was lucky, but my transfer worked flawlessly. I moved to the UK, and purchased a pallet for my stuff - i love that they give you the option to provide and wrap your own pallet!

So, i was not only able to mock up how all the stuff should tetris together, but also think of how best to wrap it up and tie it up to be as secure as possible. So, when it came time to pick up the pallet, i was notified about an hour before. It took me twice that to get all my stuff down, arrange it on the pallet, and tie it up, then wrap it up, but 10 days later (8 WD) i had my pallet delivered right into my new garage.

I can't fault them for anything for this run.

I had to order from UK the formula of my little one; i did book with Eastlines the shipment of it; my other son got a birthday present enclosed with the formula but…he never receive it!! This was STOLEN from the parcel, the formula boxes were ripped apart and I get radio silence from this company since I raised my complaint.
Please please READ the reviews and DON’T USE EASTLINES!!! Otherwise you’ll regret it after. Unfortunately they are not a serious company, and a lot of parcels are “inspected” before are forwarded to Romania.

Mi-au călcat în picioare masa ,cutiile din carton arătau parcă cineva le-a băgat în mașina de presat .Nu recomand !
Una dintre cutii a fost desfăcuta și sustrase bunuri .

DO NOT USE AS THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR PARCELS AND WONT EVEN ANSWER TO YOUR EMAIL.
This is a very bad company who don't care about anything but to take your money. After 2 months of fighting to get an answer from them because they destroyed and stolen a lot of items from my parcels, they did not even apologise not to mention to offer a compensation. Typical Romanian horrible company.

The stuff arrived on time, complete, undamaged. Price is ok. What more can you ask for.

Very disappointed with the company this time last. I have been using the company for so many years now and have been happy with the company but is not the company is the people who work for the problem with the handle of gods and transport. I have a terrible experience with this time after packing like I should be I have a surprise seeing damage the gods. Is not damage in the corner or something small but been hitting the surface with something like is been thrown away an hitting in to something. Very poor quality of service this time around and having to complain about to same on the phone all they're saying is we are very sorry for the incident and is nothing to do with us is the transport but if you'd send something is them too get the money no the transport. I have been disappointed with the way they work.I haven't been lucky enough. They have said that it is on my own reask for sending them they're just doing the service well not good enough and not good at all. They love throwing things around words like packing. Shame on you for not taking responsibility.

!!! Nu recomand sub nici o forma aceasta firma de coletarie !!! Mi-au pierdut coletul si nu si-au asumat nici un fel de raspundere, mi-au trantit in nas acelasi motiv idiot “ambalare necorespunzatoare”, nu au facut nimic pt a repara greseala lor, au aruncat vina tot asupra clientului! Defapt nu a avut nici o legatura cu ambalajul coletului, doar incompetenta , indiferenta si nesimtirea lor a fost de vina!!! Mi-au trimis coletul in jud CT , eu fiind din jud HD. Am avut noroc ca, oamenii care au primit coletul in locul meu, m-au sunat si mi-au inapoiat coletul intact!

O companie buna și ii multumesc pentru coletărie și o recomand cu incredere

Am trimis prin Eastlines de a lungul timpului destul de des, din fericire, fără probleme.
Însă cu câteva colete conținând subansamble auto am dat un mare kix.
O aripa si o usa au ajuns zgâriate, îndoite, geam spart.., etc.
Toate au fost împachetate conform standardelor( folie cu bule, folie stretch, colțurile protejate cu o banda de cauciuc speciala pentru parbrize( groasa, bine conturata), carton si tot ce trebuie in asa fel încât sa se vadă ca este ceva fragil, inclusiv banda inscripționată cu fragil inclusiv eticheta de la ei cu mențiunea fragil.
Au ajuns la Londra, pur si simplu ca dupa război.
Dezinteres total si nepăsare. Dauna de aprox.2000£!
Scriu plângerea pe adresa de mail si imi răspund cucoanele ca nu iau in considerare reclamația, ci trebuie sa completez un formular word specific tipului de claim.
Zis si făcut!
L am completat cu toate datele, mi au cerut inclusiv facturi chitanțe care pot dovedi contravaloarea bunurilor, dar nu le am putut satisface cerința datorită simplului fapt ca subansamblele erau demontate de pe mașina mea si trimise prin ei.
Mi au raspuns si m au informat ca nu despagubesc fiindcă nu am facturi sau chitanțe doveditoare, nu am ambalat corespunzător coletele, si nu am declarat valoarea lor, plus ca n am consultat t&c disponibil pe site ul lor.
Una peste alta, dragi compatrioți si viitori beneficiari ai serviciilor Eastlines, incercati, ca s destul de multi in piata, alti furnizori pentru transport.
Sunt deplorabili din toate punctele de vedere.
Din București fiind, având si toata interacțiunea cu ei salvata, ma voi indrepta către câteva instituții specializate, urmând sa i acționez in instanța de judecata.
Daca vrea cineva sa mi se alăture dispun de logistica necesara, inclusiv de specialiști( din familie) pe litigii in respectiva speța.
Eu am încercat amiabil sa rezolv aceasta disputa, insa tiparul roman de a face business este, din păcate, cel pe care l cunoaștem deja.
Eu am timp si resurse sa ma duc departe cu ei.Probabil ca managerul Ionel Tanasa, habar nu are ce se intampla. Am solicitat datele de contact pentru a l informa, insa nimeni nu a catadicsit sa mi raspunda.
Nu de alta, dar m am saturat de astfel de tratamente.

An exceptional collection service between the UK and Romania. I transferred from London to Bucharest more than 20 parcels that arrived intact at their destination. After this experience, I turned to them again with more confidence and obtained impeccable services, very kind couriers, they took my parcels from my door and presented them at their destination in optimal conditions. The prices are very competitive under special quality conditions. Thanks EastLines!

De foarte multe ori am folosit serviciile de coletărie EastLine. Absolut de fiecare dată coletele au ajuns la destinație fie aici în Anglia fie în România în termenul stabilit fără deteriorări! D.na Cristina de la relații cu clienți, e întotdeauna de un rar profesionalism PTR cei ce vor să înțeleagă serviciul international de coletărie!
Azi am primit coletul din România luat de la ușă acasă livrat la ușă în UK.

They are not serious at all. It is the second time that the delivery of the pallet is delayed. They estimated the delivery between 4-6 working days...they picked up the pallet from me on 08.07 And at this time he is still in London. The last time I use their services

I am using Eastlines for at least 5 years, sending all sort of dimensions of parcels in Romania. There was not a single occasion that the parcels have been damaged or opened or anything taken out. On every occasion I am doing my best to pack up correctly using carboard boxes, correct labels and describing as accurate as possible the content so I will carry on using themas the drivers are good fun, helpful and polite. Cristina in the office is an absolurte delight to speak to, I know I am in the best hands everytime she answers. Chapeau!
