Does not cover all engine repair
I bought this this with understanding that ALL major engine repair would be covered. Not the case. Engine cooling system (major engine repair) not covered. I will never purchase with this company again.

I paid my absorbent deductible only to pay for a portion of the parts and a portion of the labor, your not the only warranty company out there . It would have been cheaper for me to just buy the parts and put them on myself . We went backwards on that one . I am interviewing many other companies as we speak.

You guys don’t want to fix anything…
You guys don’t want to fix anything after people buying this kind of extended warranty. I had to have a water pump put on my car and it had saturated the serpentine belt with antifreeze and you guys did not cover that and that is not my fault that the serpentine belt got covered with antifreeze so therefore I had to pay out-of-pocket and that is not OK. Then I had to go through a bunch of In-N-Out bull crap trying to get my water pump covered it took them two weeks because they had to go through you guys and you guys they had to do a diagnostics. Don’t send it to you guys. You guys determine if you’re gonna cover it blah blah blah that’s totally uncalled for. I do not think that I will be purchasing your extended warranty on any other vehicles that I purchased.

Denied claims
Before I start I accept partial responsibility for not understanding the claims process. I have attempted to make 2 different claims. The first time I was denied due to them saying I didn't properly winterize my thankless water heater. I did winterize. This time I had a gas regulator Crack and start leaking. I called mobile service and didn't know I had to have pre approval. The pre approval process was on page 6 if the 8 page agreement. I am not a lawyer so I guess I should have read the whole agreement. I feel like I wasted 4300 dollars.

We had an oil leak and got two estimates, one from a Ford dealership, the other from our local auto repair shop, which was half the price. Our auto repair shop manager said he wasn’t familiar with EasyCare so I gave him the contact info. Upon picking up our car the next day, the shop manager said calling EasyCare to get the authorization went timely and smooth, and the shop received payment very quickly.
So we’re very pleased with our first time use of EasyCare!

The claim went so smoothly
The claim went so smoothly. It was my first claim other than getting a tire fixed and it was so easy and very impressive.
The mechanic was so impressed that he said he is going to recommend Easy Care to other customers of his who are looking for a warranty company.
The auto repair shop submitted the claim late on a Thursday and by the next morning the shop had been paid and my car repaired on Friday afternoon.
I am extremely happy to have this warranty from this company. The best!

EasyCare initial use
Everything was great initially with the facility confirming easy care use, the dealership for Dodge themselves didn’t use EasyCare which is disappointing. Nonetheless, everything was great and service was awesome until the facility had to call in and wait on the line for over an hour as to how deductible work and payment being received. In the end, speaking with several people it was finally resolve that I would only pay the deductible once. Hence the 3 stars, thank you.
