I paid for gap coverage and they only paid part of what was left. I’ll never use easy care again. What a scam. I’m still making payments on a totaled car.

I was told my engine was being replaced…

I was told my engine was being replaced due to the block being out of spec and causing the coolant consumption. I expected a new engine. A used engine was installed that was in worse and unknown condition the the original. The vehicle was ruined. People need to be upfront on the use of used parts. Would never use this company again.

BUYER BEWARE! Think twice before purchasing EasyCare

BUYER BEWARE! After YEARS of paying premiums on an advertised "Bumper to Bumper" extended warranty policy, I've now had my claim denied because of a hidden exclusion that says we cover parts unless an excluded part (such as a spark plug wire) fails causing damage to another part. Of course, while EasyCare has had its pockets lined for years with my premiums, they now refuse to even reach a middle ground to help cover the cost. Customers with EasyCare are deceptively sold a "trap door" policy that lures them in at the time of purchase, only to have the carpet pulled out from under their feet when it matters most. Cars don't exist in a vacuum of parts that work independently of each other. They're assembled together and rely on each other to work. EasyCare knows this and opts to manipulate and take advantage of customers' false security in purchases their extended warranty only for them to play gotcha later and deny a claim. This is theft at worst and deceptive trade practice at least. It should be investigated by the FTC and is most certainly a claim I'll intend to pursue under the Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

I ran something over in the road and…

I ran something over in the road and hadnt even noticed that it damaged another tire until that morning. The service woman was kind and was also able to replace that tire as well. This easy care has been a lifeline.

I had a negative experience with this warranty company. I would not recommend their services. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, often failing to listen carefully to my inquiries. It took nearly a month to complete the repairs on my vehicle due to ongoing delays and back-and-forth communication. Additionally, they refused to reimburse me for a rental car, despite multiple proofs that the delays were caused by their own handling and that my time was being unnecessarily wasted.

Wouldn't let my local dealership…

Wouldn't let my local dealership replace my transmission with there parts used there own supplier with remanufatured parts and shipped them to my local dealer which I had to pay a shipping fee which is ridiculous.

If this is for heritage Chevy their service sucks. Denooyer Chevy has way better service practices and prioritizes the customer. Heritage caused damage to my headlights and numerous other issues and this was auto insurance coverage for hail.
