I was told that part of my design (the logo) would print poorly, so I resent it, and they swapped it in at no cost to me.

Resolution: While our policy strictly reserves full refunds for missing, damaged, or unfulfilled orders, we acknowledged the stress caused by the separate shipments. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, we issued a $400 credit to your account.
We regret that the multi-carton delivery added extra effort to your event setup, but we are glad your complete order arrived undamaged and in time for your event. We appreciate the opportunity to address this with you.
