Easy sign usually had a good services
Easy sign usually had a good services, but unfortunately I've had another issue with delivery. Once again, only part of my order was delivered, and now i have to make trip to easy signs myself to collect remaining items again, despite having paid for delivery as my client is waiting for the product. I understand that courier mistakes can happen and not always be within easy signs control, but this has happened for the third time, so it is becoming a little frustrating. I don't like to complain too much and appreciate the reputation easy sign built, but it is just disappointing to experience the same issue repeatedly. Hopefully, this can be looked into, as I like to continue having the positive experience, I have had in the past.

I am glad we were able to discuss your concerns and clarify that your orders have been produced within our expected timeframes and that you have been happy with the quality of the products and service provided by Easy Signs.
I am very sorry, however, for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the repeated delivery issues.
As Border Express is a third party courier and is not part of Easy Signs, their delivery processes and timeframes are unfortunately outside of our direct control. That being said, we absolutely understand the impact these delays and missing items have had on you, particularly when you are relying on your signage to meet your own clients’ deadlines.
Your feedback has been passed on to our management team so that your experience can be raised with Border Express.
I can also see that you have since used the $150.00 credit that was provided to your account as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused by the delivery issues.

Professional, helpful and a chance to review your order before finalisation
The staff were very helpful and patient during my experience with creating a banner. The only negative comment I would have is that I was continually dealing with a different person each time. I would have preferred one contact. However, all of the staff with whom I dealt with were very professional and the job was completed successfully.

I love the ordering system and…
I love the ordering system and personalised contact for proofing prior to payment. It makes the experience very reassuring. As an agency doing a lot of artwork development there is always a chance of error so it’s so good to know there is a customer service representative at easy signs looking over things and communicating even the slightest details to ensure the end result looks great. We wouldn’t use anyone else for this reason alone however the prices are also super competitive and delivery within days is the icing on the cake.

there is clearly an issue with the easy signs template, not the artwork, and not your production.
See two photos attached. The first is ‘untensioned’ and it is close to what was approved. However this is not functional with creases and folds through the fabric. When it is tensioned properly (which is how it should be used), the logo and image do not look anything like the approved artwork. So clearly there is an issue with the template easysigns provided us.
Also, I’d be very happy for you to escalate this matter to someone a little less condescending in with their email replies.

As discussed, this was due to a sewing error on our side, and we have reprinted and tested the Teardrop Banner in our office, and the sewing issue has been rectified and now matches the design you originally approved. As this matched, we had this delivered to you so you could replace the existing flag with the new one.
