This was the best experience I got in many years from any firm. Soon after I placed the order, I was asked to provide the exact dimensions and photos of the speaker I wanted to buy. The item was photographed alongside a scale for measurements and sent.
I received in return the exact sized speaker, which I could just replace easily. I will henceforth order speakers from this supplier and this supplier and not. 5 out of 5 marks. The way to go I’d say. 👏🏼👍

Not Satisfactory
Ordered one item each of two separate products, but instead received two same items of one product only. Since both the items were different models of a same category, I decided not to return as it will be of use for me anyway. But still, not fully satisfied about delivery and service. May as well avoid buying again in future. Quality of products is ok.
