Your parcel was dispatched on time from our side via Blue Dart through the Shiprocket platform(AWB 90513191064).
Unfortunately, the shipment was misplaced during transit by the courier company, and despite multiple follow-ups and complaints from both our side and yours, the issue was not resolved properly. Today, the courier company has finally initiated the RTO process for the shipment.
Please understand that this situation is equally frustrating for us as well, as customer satisfaction is extremely important to us at Kspyworld. We never intended to cause you any inconvenience.

Best Hidden Earphone
I received the product very fast and the quality of product and it's packaging was very good.
The Earpiece cells worked only for 2 hrs but overall im very satisfied with the sound quality.
