I rarely write long reviews, but the team at Monorean—and specifically Leonardo—absolutely deserves it. I have been a loyal customer for a while now, and if there is one thing I can say with absolute certainty, it’s that this company doesn't just sell high-end tech; they deliver an elite level of care that is incredibly rare these days.
My journey started with the Monorean Tiny. It worked flawlessly, but down the line, I realized I needed a wireless setup and wanted to upgrade to the Bluetooth-enabled Monorean Pro. When I reached out to see if an upgrade path was possible, Leonardo didn't give me a robotic, corporate answer. Instead, he immediately offered a 20% discount, which made pulling the trigger on the upgrade a fantastic experience.
Later on, before purchasing my third product—the Monorean Cam—I ran into a technical hiccup. The collar loop of my Pro model started showing a bit of copper wire. Given how incredibly paper-thin and discreet that collar has to be to function, it’s completely understandable that the material is delicate. I called Leonardo, explained the situation, and sent a quick picture. Without a second thought, he processed a warranty replacement, and within just two days, a brand new collar (which costs nearly €200) was sitting on my desk. No arguments, no endless bureaucracy. When it came time to finally buy the Monorean Cam, I asked if there was any flexibility on the price. Leonardo’s managers initially said no to a direct discount. I then proposed a compromise: keeping the standard price but extending the 3-month Monorean Inbox pass to a 1-year pass. Again, management resisted. But Leonardo didn’t give up on me. He went to bat for me and personally negotiated a 3+1 month pass AND managed to secure an extra spare earpiece for my Pro model, just in case I ever lost the originals.
