We had transmission problems with our vehicle; we called Easy Way, and they switched out the car with no problems whatsoever.

We have always had good luck renting from Easy Way while in Mexico. Would highly recommend.

Rented Dec 9-18th 2019 - Cancun Intl. Airport

Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

A guy was at my terminal waiting and knew my name. (They even email you a map of where to walk when arriving). Another guy arrived within 5 minutes to give me a ride. He was nice enough to drive to another terminal to pick up my buddy also.
Obviously tipped him, but there was no charge for the pickup and ride to the office. Nor for the ride back for my departure.

Everyone was polite, the office folks speak very good English.
No hidden charges. Really cheap for extra driver so we both could drive. Extra driver was the only thing I didn't see on the website when reserving. It was seriously cheap though.

Made sure to film the initial inspection on my phone but the return was really easy and they did a full return inspection but it was no problem at all.

Both processes, both arriving and leaving, were very quick.
Car was exactly as described.
Credit card had a hold on it immediately upon rental for the full price of the rental. No extra charges or problems upon return.

Oh, and after renting online, I had a question (extra driver and wheel insurance) and they answered promptly and I was immediately transferred to someone who spoke good English with good and precise answers.

No wheel insurance or additional PLI or any other insurance was pushed on me, nor "required". I did get the PLI on the website. Do some googling on what it is and you'll get it also. ;)

I will use them every time I go to Cancun and I really appreciate how I was treated. Nice folks. Cool little statue in their office also of a "guy holding a flag". LOL You'll see what I mean if you rent from them.

The car was in good condition and clean. It had a musty smell that grew more pronounced over the week that I had it.

I was disappointed about a couple of errors with this rental. First that they didn't have the GPS unit that I reserved. This was refunded, but it would have been useful at least to know before I arrived to the pick-up location. Also, the deposit on the car went from a $3K-$4K at reservation to $10K at pick-up. Luckily my credit card was able to handle it, but this was not ideal to keep this large of a hold on it.

Overall the pricing was the best I'd seen in visits to Cancun. If they did a better job of communication I would happily give them more stars.

These folks are awesome. I have used them 4 times over the past 3 years. Always friendly and the prices are very reasonable. They pick us up quickly so them being off airport is not a problem.

Easy Way has great customer service and are wonderful to work with. We have rented from them for the past 4 years and find them to be the best company in the area to work with. Their rates are very competitive and doing business has always been a very good experience!

They are honest and very easy to communicate. It is much cheaper since it is not directly in the airport. They will take you from airport and they are always available. Very friendly people it was a great experience

Honest company. clear, fast and convenient communication, best prices i found and without the surprise or high insurance costs.

i even had my car towed for parking in a no parking zone and they sent a guy out to help me out, was nice since my Spanish is non existent.
