Easy Way Rent a Car Reviews 

They provide a complete service, they give all the necessary information how to reach them right after the booking of the car.
They pick you up at the airport and they bring you back to airport at the end of renting. The car was ok, new, and they answer really fast on emails or whatsapp.
I don't give the maximum vote just because the car given to us was not the same that we booked on the website, but anyway the car was the same level and slightly bigger, thus no complaints!

Car was still dirty once we got there to do the check in. Car seat wasnt as safe for my son, also wanted to down grade on the vehicle and person in charge was rude.

Staff were excellent. Airport pick up right on time. Office is 15 mim from the airport.
Car was had quite a few dings and scratches however it ran fine. We had a minor fender bender - another rental car backed into us. As we had their full insurance there were no issues.

They were great to work with from the start - they responded quickly to my reservation request, answered all of our questions promptly and honored the price we agreed to online. They were upfront about the cost of the required third party liability insurance and didn't require us to pirchase collision/damage insurance because that was provided by our credit card company. The pickup and drop off were fast and easy. The car was not new but in good condition.

I have used Easy Way Rent 4 times now. They are great! Honest and reliable. You will not be disappointed .

Service was decent.
However, we were gauged for the price of repairing the windshield. They charged $1000 US dollars.
Our vehicle was in a collision while it was parked and the other driver drove off. despite having full coverage for the vehicle they made us pay for the glass. I understand that the insurance doesn’t cover the glass in the case of a break in, but another car struck The vehicle so I assumed it would count as a collision. Plus it would make sense that the onus would be on them to follow up with the police to find the culprit.

Efficient and rapid renting, return and transfers from and to airport! Will use them again. Also comprehensive insurance much cheaper than other chains

Fast and friendly service. I was allowed to return the car at a different location with no problems or hassle even though I gave them a very short notice. Definitely will keep renting from these guys.

Easy, straightforward process. Shuttle driver met us at the airport as per their directions. They were very meticulous in documenting all dings and scratches on the car before we left. Hassle free return and ride back at the end of our vacation. Car met our needs!

Very reliable car rental agency. My vehicle was available and ready for me at midnight when I arrived. The agency had guys ready waiting for us at the airport to take us to the establishment. The transaction was smooth with no hidden fees or other charges. Vehicle dropoff was also smooth and quick. I will definitely use them again when I am in Cancun!

Friendly staff, great car. What more can I say? Everything was exactly as described, they meet you at the airport, bring to to the place, set you up in a nice new clean car. They upgraded me with no fuss because I ordered a car that was smaller than I ended up needing (another friend joined us). Don't forget to get the address to load into your GPS so you can find the place when it's time to return the car! Otherwise it is a bit tricky. Anyway, great place, totally recommend.

Very easy check out. Couldn’t have asked for a better rental. I was weary from all the reviews and experiences from people renting cars in Mexico, but there were no problems with Easy Way. Would recommend and rent from them again!

We were supposed to have a 5 seats car, but when we arrive they told us we keep the van (7 seats) for two days and we’ll proceed to exchange the car to match the reservation I made 2 months before. We told them we can not do the exchange cause we will not be in Cancun at this moment (the reason we decided to rent a car). Finally, I never received a call back from them to exchange the car. We kept the van for the during of our trip. Except this, the car was clean, they do a n inspection at first with you and one when you return the car. The company is honest.

Honest people. Everything worked great. This is the best car rental in Cancun. They are very close to the Cancun Airport and they will pick you up and drop off at the airport.
