Everything was great once I found the Easy Way man with my name on his card. A little confusing at airport finding the right door to exit.

Good service. The car I got was totally different from the one I wanted. Supposed to be an upgrade. No hidden costs

EasyWay consistently has the best pricing and service around. Their web prices are straightforward and transparent - select the insurance you want and the price you’re quoted is what you will pay. They provide transportation to/from the Cancun airport and when you return the car they are conveniently located next door to a gas station. We’ve tried renting from other “big name” companies in Mexico but Easy Way beats their prices and service.

Good experience, picked us up from the Airport and dropped us off again. No hassle with the car, lots of bad reviews for car rental in Cancun but these guys were decent.

Great company, great rates. They picked me up at the airport right of the gate they were checking on me along the way and did everything super easy and fast. Also the car was clean and running well, definitely will use them again!

We completely punctured a tire that required replacement and paid cash where we were.
They pay back the amount as per agreement.

I always rent with easy way. Quick, affordable, nice cars, good service.

Our car was new and in good working order. However, the permit/license sticker that was on the back window was not valid for the full 6 weeks of the rental so we had to do a lot of communicating through email and WhatsApp with Easy Way to work out a solution. We made an un-needed trip to a local village thinking we would be provided with a new permit/license sticker. About a week later a driver brought a new car right to our Airbnb which was wonderful as this resolved the issue.

Easy Way employees were prompt at meeting and shuttling us to and from the airport.

Easy Way provided an accurate quote before arrival in Mexico which several other companies were unable to do.

AS usual a great experience. The car was exactly what we ordered. No hidden charges. Well documented on pickup and return. On time transfers to from the airport. We will be back next year.

Great place to rent from. WAY less expensive than renting car at airport. Airport pick up and drop off included. Easy to communicate with company by phone or email to make arrangements ahead of time. Personal, reliable service.

The Easyway guys are the best! Always on time waiting for us at the airport. Great cars, and good prices. Last trip to Tulum, we had a headlight out. About the. 6th time I have rented here, always as organized and easy as it should be, no shenanigans here!

Had booked 3 days but only got 2 and was given upgrade vehicle rather than economy I had ordered,vehicle excellent but ended up costing for 2 days what I had agreed to pay for 3 days.... Overall positive experience though.

Easy Way rental was a great experience all around. I highly recommend.
