Easy place to rent from. Very friendly. Price is reasonable but be prepared to pay insurance and a $10000 hold on your credit card. The $10000 hold is typical and was off my card in three days. I would use the again

Conveinient location and good pricing.

Easy, only paid what was quoted, and they picked us up at the airport. When we dropped off the van, they gave the 4 in our group a ride to the Isla Mujeres ferry for $30 total. I will use them again

The car i got has high mileage..although i had no issue with it the whole week..insurance rate is enormously high..i will shop around somewhere else next time around ..

I was loyal American Car Rental customer, but lately their reviews dropped significantly, so I decided to try someone else. Turns out I was right. Very positive experience overall indeed with an Easy Way. As for details, let me give you some specifics. Once you get an email with your rezy confirmation, there will be an info-gram showing where agent will meet you at Cancun Airport. This is important, because it is NOT where all other car rental reps bunch up together. Took me a while to figure that one out. Once I did, i find a nice English speaking gentleman waiting for me with my name tag . Since this is a small company it took a while for shuttle van to show up. Their lot is very close so it took just few minutes for us to arrive there. Place doesn't look much, but people were extremely nice. No aggressive upsale and everyone spoke English. Best thing about them that you will end up paying exactly the amount their website stated. Turned out the car they prepared for me had some technical issue, so they substituted it for a similar one. It was exactly what you would expect from a rental vehicle about a year old. Somewhat not fresh inside but decent overall. Be aware, fuel tank is almost empty. Do not overfill it. Use as much gas as you need. You will not get reimbursed if you turn it in with half a tank. I guess this was the idea instead of usual Full to Full. Car gave me no problem whatsoever. AC was cool and i was very happy with it. They are located right on the exit ramp to 307 when you going to Airport. No hustle at the return and convenient shuttle to the terminal. Smooth and easy. No terrible horror stories like from other vendors. Great many thanks for guys who made my yet another Cancun vacation unforgettable. Highly recommend to all.

The car was delivered to our hotel as promised. At the drop off we were given a ride to the airport. Excellent service. We rented a Fiat Live On. Next time would get a bigger car but the air conditioning worked well and it got us around. Not plug ins for electronics though so we had to plan ahead. All in all, excellent company to deal with.

The rates and service at Easy Way Rent a Car are great! Though we didn't have a radio in the car it got us where we wanted to go!

Got picked up at the airport by a nice young man and then shuttled to the location. Everyone is very nice and speak english, the car was clean but with a few dings and the radio didn’t really work but otherwise we will come back to Easy Way and happy to do so.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
When we booked "they said they cannot guarantee us GPS" with the car only to find out that they DO NOT have any cars with GPS. This made it difficult for us to get around. If they had GPS I would give them a higher rating.
The car they gave us had only a radio and air conditioning and nothing else. It had no shocks and dents all over the outside. We nicked named the car "Betsy". We were worried it would break down. Midway through our adventure we fell in love with Betsy and she served us well.
Staff promptly picked us up and returned us to the airport.
In the future I will only book a car if GPS is included. I would book with them again if this was the case.

Have been renting cars in Mexico for 20 years, and this was by far the best experience yet. Very professional, quick, and hassle free. Was in and driving away in less than 20 mins. No upsells or timeshare scams. Would highly recommend these guys!

Very easy as the name implies. I got the car I ordered online and loved it. It was a Mitsubishi Outlander and was actually for its size really good on fuel.
I couldn’t find them when returning the car so they came and met me at the airport.
Would rent again from them next time in Cancun.
