Delivery need too work 17.04 order send 20.04 not coming delivery problem nexte send 28.04. half mouth for order till this day not received my package.

Don't buy their short dated food. I bought some packs of mature cheese and it became mouldy before the sell by date. I reached out to their customer service team, and instead of resolving it quickly, they directed me to another form to upload a bunch of unnecessary information which I don't have (as I threw the cheese away)- including photos and lot code etc. I'm not asking for much but a good customer experience should be on the company to look this information up themselves. They said they can't do much without a photo and I didn't think to take one as I was so grossed out, so I guess I won't be buying any of their short dated food again- or any cheese for that matter if this is how distrusting they are of their customers.
I thought twice before writing this review, since this is not my usual way of handling issues. on the other hand, the company refused to take responsibility for a major incident that posed health hazard to me and my eldest - individuals with serious health issues.
I used to be a very happy, regular customer. Having taken a break form ordering due to personal circumstances, I tried to place an order a few weeks ago. The company forgot to send it - twice in a row. After cancelling the latter and placing a new one, I was disappointed to receive a whole lot of mouldy blocks. I quickly took a couple of pics and forwarded to Eatlean. Couldn't do more due to my health issues and can guarantee handling that piece to shoot the images already triggered a respiratory crisis. Had to double bag the rest and discard without further ado.
They asked to submit a complaint form. Shockingly, their short answer was that given that I failed to provide a full photo report of the whole order, they would only and "out of goodwill" send a partial refund. I did explain my situation and that although I understood that there are procedures in place for a reason, I felt they should acknowledge responsibility for the mishap, as well as that I was simply unable to handle the contaminated products. The rest of the exchange was less than pleasant.
I do appreciate their reasons and explanation. However and given what consequences of such incident could have been, I feel that priorities should remain such and that the way my complaint was handled was simply inappropriate. I guess it is the lack of kindness and "human touch" that really upset me. I felt treated as a nuisance, a whiner, when not a liar. Losing a customer like me was clearly put as a relief for them that I took as hurtful.
Suffice to say that a hint of sympathy would have changed much. I opened a PayPal claim, hoping to at least retrieve funds.
Ich hatte 2023 zunächst eine positive Erfahrung mit Eatlean, als meine erste Bestellung reibungslos verlief. Der proteinreiche Käse überzeugte mich und meine Frau geschmacklich und von den super Nährwerten.
Leider änderte sich mein Eindruck bei der zweiten Bestellung (28.11.) im November, kurz nach dem Black Friday. Es kam nie ein Paket an und meine Anfragen per E-Mail blieben unbeantwortet.
Trotz des verständlichen Stresslevels in der geschäftigen Jahreszeit sollte ein professionelles Unternehmen eine bessere Kommunikation gewährleisten. Nach mehr als vier Wochen ohne jegliches Lebenszeichen entschied ich mich, die Bestellung über Paypal zu stornieren, da ich nicht mehr damit gerechnet habe Paket oder Feedback zu bekommen.
Bedauerlicherweise erhielt ich bis heute weder eine Entschuldigung noch Antworten auf meine Fragen. Die Stornierung über Paypal scheint einfach hingenommen worden zu sein.
Obwohl meine erste Erfahrung positiv war, erscheint mir eine 50%ige Erfolgsquote nicht ausreichend für ein vertrauensvolles Kundenerlebnis. Es wäre wünschenswert, dass Eatlean Maßnahmen ergreift, um solche Probleme zu minimieren und die Kundenkommunikation zu verbessern. Interessenten sollten dies bei ihrer Entscheidung berücksichtigen.
Contacted the customer service team via email. Takes 2 working days to respond, significatly slower than any other company ever. The response was unhelful and shirt and when I asked for further help they have since ignored me for 6 days!
Really helpful customer service when I realised I'd made an error in my order. Very prompt responses. I've been buying Eatlean for a good while now, (I need to watch fat intake - so ideal). I'm perfectly happy.
Da wir mit unserer ersten Bestellung bei Eatlean zufrieden waren, haben wir ein zweites Mal bestellt.
Dieses Mal waren die Kühlakkus leider bereits komplett warm und zwei davon sind ausgelaufen. Dies hatte zur Folge, das 2 von 6 Packungen bereits komplett verschimmelt und grün waren. Daraufhin wollten wir die verbleibenden auch nicht mehr guten Gewissens verwenden.
Auf eine detaillierte E-Mail inklusive Bilder und Erklärung wurde nie geantwortet. Da der Versand aus UK erfolgt, ist eine Reklamation so gut wie unmöglich.
Ich kann daher nur von einer Bestellung abraten.

Compraba asiduamente este queso proteico en varios de sus formatos hasta que, en las dos ultimas veces, los packs de queso rallado salieron completamente llenos de moho.
Me pide en contacto con la marca para explicarles cuando me pasó la primera vez y, aunque me dieron la explicación de porqué había pasado y me ofrecieron el reembolso del primer pack, nunca lo llegaron a hacer ni tuve más noticias de ellos. Volví a comprar por dar una segunda oportunidad y ha vuelto a pasarme. No entiendo porqué últimamente ocurre esto y además la marca tiene ten pésima atención al cliente. Solo me ha pasado dos veces en toda la vida, una con Eatlean y otra con Mexifood. Mientras los últimos me enviaron a casa una caja repleta de productos de ellos en compensación por sus productos en mal estado (no sabía que harían algo así), Eatlean ni siquera te atiende.
Para mi ha pasado a ser una de esas marcas en las que no confiar más .
When I was diagnosed with high cholesterol I gave up eating cheese, which I really love, then I discovered Eat lean so now I can eat cheese and cook with it again but now with much less fat, and it tastes great.
There’s a good range of products which are great for the health conscious and still tasty! It’s so good to be able to have cheese whilst trying to lose weight!
I am very limited on what I can eat, but these products open a few more doors. Can't thank the company enough for what they do.
Love the products & delivery is excellent. I have IBS & struggle with a lot of dairy products as they cause flare ups, but I have never had any problems with Eat Lean cheese. This is a huge blessing for me as vegan cheese is an abomination & my DNA is 95% Grommet 😂
This product is so tasty without the bits that make you think about it, the orange packet is superb, I have the blue for work most days, cheese and tomato is my favourite sandwich. Makes great cheese on toast as well.
So now they just totally ignore my complaint!!

Ordered the cheese (only 3, just to try out). Perfectly acceptable cheese. A bit rubbery, but no more so than Jarlsberg or Gouda. Nice flavour, and definitely cheese. Cooks OK, too: I used it instead of parmesan to make a risotto, and it was fine. Couldn't tell the difference, to be honest. All other aspects of the ordering were good: arrived quickly and all very efficient. I'll definitely buy more.

Love the eat lean tasty cheese so took advantage of the free post offer to stock up, order received on time and se I rely packaged. In my opinion the Tasty Cheese is the best low fat cheese on the market.
