Collected my Nan's ring which Cian and team had repaired for me. I've recommended this company for several years based on friends feedback - now I'm able to recommend them based on my own experience. Really easy & pleasant interaction. A trustworthy, family run business. I am sure I'll be back .....

Cian helped craft 2 beautiful bespoke rings from our late grandmas wedding ring, he listened to our ideas and gave us excellent advice on our design, the result is two beautiful rings for my sister and myself. The service was amazing and very personal, would highly recommend!

Highly recommend, This is an experience I will not forget whilst waiting for our bus outside Ebany Jewelers. We smiled for the camera in the window , The gentleman from the shop made one little young lady very happy by giving her a lovely bracelet in a bag . She Smiled all the way home . What could be better an independent family jewellers who have the expertise to advise and design jewellery, why would I have gone anywhere else. How lucky are we in Chichester. Always a pleasure to visit.

I designed a diamond and amethyst ring to sit beneath another ring of mine that has an unusual shape. Ebony made my design come to life, my ring is stunning, and sits so beautifully next to my other ring. The CAD drawing was fabulous, almost too good to be true, but the ring was just that. Such friendly staff and great communication as well

I have often passed this Jewellers and looked in the window. However, recently, my stepson wished to get engaged. He sent me a ring he had chosen to order for him, and I suggested he looked in Ebony Jewellers. I visited initially on his behalf and then took some pictures of rings that were better valued, had better craftsmanship, and didn't look cheap.

I spoke with the staff there,(Mary & Cian) and when I showed them the chosen ring my stepson had seen from an online retailer, they showed me similar rings and explained the difference in the craftsmanship and quality of what they could provide.

What I liked most was their expert knowledge and ability to explain everything and not mock me as a customer just to get a sale.

When we returned the next day, my stepson was in for a pleasant surprise. The ring, when seen in person, surpassed his expectations by a million times, far exceeding the previous photo we had taken.

Importantly, the staff at Ebony Jewellers were not pushy in making a sale. They reiterated their advice from the previous day and offered to contact my stepson during the week, as they were going to London and might have found something even better. Their approach was respectful and nothing was clearly too much trouble.

My stepson was so pleased with the professionalism and manner in which Ebony Jewellers dealt with him that he agreed to make the purchase. His satisfaction was a testament to the top-notch customer service they provided.

The ring my stepson purchased from Ebony Jewellers surpassed all expectations. It was made of Platinum, not white gold, had a much clearer ruby, and boasted more carats of Ruby than the online one. Had I ordered it, it would have been delivered in just two days.

Ebony Jewellers resized it, cleaned it, valued it, and produced an insurance valuation for the ring. What a great service, what a great Jeweller.

Don't let your perception of Ebony Jewellers be that of a high-end, unaffordable jeweller. My stepson's experience proves otherwise. He spent the same amount he was planning to, but got a million times better, unique engagement ring from Ebony Jewellers.

My diamond ring needed checking and a small adjustment made. I had asked at several jewellers - the work could only be done if I left the ring with them for several weeks. Although the shop was busy, Ebony were able to check the ring, make an adjustment and give it a quick polish. I had the ring returned to me a few minutes later. Such good service. Thank you.
