JUST EXCELLENT!
Cian and the team there sorted 2 custom made pinky rings for me, absolutely love them. Made perfect the first time, exactly how I wanted them. They were patient throughout the whole transaction, even when I changed my mind multiple times. I got the karat gold I wanted, the diamonds I wanted. Even if they haven’t got what you want…. They will get it for you! Won’t go anywhere else!

I just got engaged and had to leave a review for these guys. From start to finish, they made the whole experience of picking out a ring so easy and fun. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable - shoutout Cian who helped me pick the perfect sparkler.

They really took the time to understand what I was looking for and didn't try to upcharge or push anything. Just honest advice to find a ring my fiance would love. And boy did they nail it! She hasn't stopped staring at that diamond since I proposed.

The quality is out of this world too. You can tell they use premium materials and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Overall just an A+ experience. Highly recommend Ebony Jewellers for any special jewellery purchase!

Ebony Jewellers wow what a gem!!!! I have made several purchases, I have sold unwanted gold exchanged some earrings that I found difficult to undo, had my grandmother’s engagement ring repaired after I lost one of the diamonds.
Every time I go in I am met with a smile, patience and understanding of my needs.
I am never rushed to make a decision.

Needed to have a wedding band made around my engagement ring. Had been to the usuals chain jewellers and were quoting ridiculous prices. Decided to give Ebony a go following a friend’s recommendation. Had a chat with staff regarding what I wanted and my budget. My wedding band was done in a week and I am completely gobsmacked. These guys 100% understood the assignment and went beyond!! I am absolutely made up with my ring.

I was wondering the streets of chi, browsing for a unique gift for my girlfriend (now wife), when a small trinket caught my eye in from the Ebony shop window. I went in and was astounded by the warm manor and unapologetic friendliness with which I was greeted. Cian provided me with plenty of information regarding said item and I purchased it right then. The wife loves it.
