Avoid! Falsely advertises stock while taking your money.
I am beyond frustrated with my experience. This company is happy to take your money immediately, only to wait three days before sending a generic email stating the item is "deleted" and the order cannot be fulfilled.
The level of false advertising here is unacceptable. I ordered a Limited Edition item costing over £100 that was listed as "In Stock." Because I trusted their website and placed my order, I didn't look elsewhere. Now, three days later, the item has completely sold out at every other reputable retailer.
If they had been honest about their stock levels from the start, I could have secured this item elsewhere. Instead, they held my funds, sat on the order, and effectively cost me the chance to own a collector's piece.
Pros: None.
Cons: Inaccurate stock system, terrible communication, and wasted time that resulted in me missing out on a sold-out item.
Total lack of professional integrity. Shop elsewhere if you actually want to receive what you pay for.
