Great product boost EVRI
Great product, good offer for firefighters but for goodness sake don’t use EVRI. They are really poor here in rural Devon. Had to redirect to a post office and travel 15 mile round trip to be sure of everything getting parcel

Very poor. Ordered for next day delivery.. 10 days went by and nothing.. called up multiple times to be told the product was out of stock but coming back in 'tomorrow'. Multiple days went by again and nothing so I called to cancel the order.

Great service and firelighters. Shame about EVRI
I ordered a box of Ecoblaze Natural Firelighters. EVRI had emailed saying they had the parcel and would be delivering in a couple of days. After a week I contacted Ecoblaze who suggested I wait until after the weekend and then contact again. A couple of days later I found my packet wedged between the wall and my back gate. No-one had rung the bell and I had no confirmation email or message until later that afternoon. Then I received an email from EVRI saying they had my parcel from Ecoblaze. I thought this was a delay in EVRI's shoddy system but the next day I received another packet of firelighters. Thank you Ecoblaze. The firelighters are the best I have ever used and I will definitely be ordering more.
