Pricing was cheaper on the pricing page, when it came to payment page, the price was more expensive.

Alerted them to this via email. Didn't receive a response in over two weeks. Poor customer service.

Fantastic customer service from Ecohosting. I had a problem with my emails, and although it took a few days to sort out, the team who were dealing with my issue gave me 100% effort and kept me informed throughout. Jose, in particular, was extremely helpful and answered all my questions with patience and knowledge. Thanks also to Ance and Remi.

After a server issue I was unable to access my email. I worried what the support would be like, but needn't have worried. The initial reply was quick and a following question speedily answered and I'm back up and running again.

Problems can crop up in every walk of life. What matters is how those problems are dealt with when they appear. I've been with Eco Hosting for several years now and on the few occasions when issues have arisen, they've been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Very helpful and responsive. A client of mine had their email to my business account with Ecohosting bounce back to them with an error message. Ecohosting investigated and were able to determine quickly the fault was a rDNS issue on my client's end. They also kindly provided details of what my client needed to tell their own email provider to do to resolve the issue.
