Very clear communication from start to finish for the order. Very quick delivery. Great product, the bricks are easier to use in my compact fire box, and burn like a dream.

Difficult to start
We need to use a fire starter intended for coal in order to get these to light. Kind of defeats the purpose of buying an environmentally friendly product.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Note this is very dense log, you need to break some smaller sections from the log to provide more surface initially, we have also supplied eco friendly firelighters to you perfectly suited to start the fire. When you have the fire established you just add a log on top. We also have some handy videos on Facebook on how to start the fire easily with the eco logs without the need of kindling. Hope you find the above helpful.

Thank you very much!
To be fair....post the delivery
To be fair....post the delivery, we bought these heat logs and the heat output ,packaging etc is excellent. I think it's fair to separate the delivery process from the actual product, forgiven for the first and certainly a great product ...continued success.
