I like my MS 02 scooter very much. I use it often. I recommend Ecomobi when you are ready for a scooter.

I bought this scooter (MS02PRO) after I did my extensive research on which would be the best choice for me. I am thrilled with my purchase as this model is very comfortable, very easy to get in and out of my vehicle, has the perfect amount of pep, good space for my feet plus it’s great looking. People always stop me to ask me where I got it and how I like it! I’m overjoyed by my new ride!

I highly recommend this company my battery went out recently and they have been super helpful and speed about getting it replaced the service has been great

I strongly suggest you guys do not buy from this company. They sell an insurance plan that they cannot tell you anything about it but though also charge you for it, but they won’t tell you anything joy I’ve talked to you twice on the phone both times she refuses to get me a supervisor a manager, someone that has knowledgeable of this insurance plan and she refuses to do so anyone that’s willing to buy from this company. Beware hopefully I’ll get a call back and I can redo this review but as of right now I’ve called three times and nobody will call me back. Joy refuses to get a hold of somebody beware the insurance might not be for real and then you spend money on it

My communication with these folks has been terrific! They are very professional, kind, customer satisfaction oriented and I look forward to continuing doing business with them and I love their product! It is making my life much easier! They are a pleasure to work with!

Im writing this review to give kudos to this amazjng.company. A friend bought a scooter for her double amputee son, and it was stolen a.few days ago. When she reached out to Ecomobi to ask if it had a GPS installed, she was told it did not. Bu
t, they also said they would replace it, and they did. It was received today, and I think that is amazing

Delivery was ahead of schedule (before Christmas instead of after). Unpack and assemble was straight forward. The unit had minor cosmetic damage. Simple phone call and replacement parts were arranged with no hassle. Customer service was very efficient with updates by email and text. Scooter is very fast and quiet. My wife loves it!

It is a pleasure doing business with this company. The service is outstanding. I highly recommend to anyone.

This was my first time getting in contact with them and they were very nice on the chat. I just hope that they do send me my mirrors that I need for my scooter . I would hate to be lied too

The customer service is beyond fantastic. Response time is same day and they are always willing to go above and beyond to make things right. The MS80 I bought is joy to use and the extended range is great for doing the neighborhood.errands.

After being excited about having mobility again there was nothing but disappointment, stress and frustration. After receiving a broken scooter with a front wheel that wobbles like it's going to fall off I contacted the company and after much arguing because they don't have replacement parts for the scooter they finally gave me a partial refund. So after much more complaining I finally got the full refund. I didn't want the money I just wanted mobility. And now I have to take their trash to the curb for them. I suppose I can limp it down there and then just limp back to the house. If you're reading this then your probably to old for this frustration, I know I am.

This scooter is a five star scooter all the way first of all it came completely assembled. All I had to do was lift up the steering wheel and lock it in place easy unpackaging it was fully charged when it arrived, I used it recently at a car show in Daytona Beach if you know anything about Daytona Beach, the track is 2 1/2 miles. Could you imagine I was there for nine hours and it only used 20% of the power I was also towing a little box behind it which you park I can’t see anything wrong with this product. It was well worth the money. I’m very happy with it. Five stars all the way.

This scooter gave me back my freedom! As someone who had major knee surgery and was unable to bear weight for 8 weeks without needing assistance to walk even short distances, this chair has given me my life back. With this chair, I was able to continue teaching, going on field trips with my students due to the small compact size and easy breakdown-this chair can go anywhere. I was able to go to Disney World and use this chair daily for those long park days! This chair can go on any surface (rocks, dirt, bumpy/smooth surfaces). I took this chair to baseball games and football games! Without this chair I could not live my life. This chair truly changed my life.
The company has been very supportive and responsive to any questions or issues that we have had. The customer service is amazing and very easy to deal with. It arrives ready to assemble. I would recommend this chair and company to anyone.

While I had difficulty with simple stuff some of which (most) I blame myself for, still, I felt the manual could have been a little clearer about the simple stuff. Like how to make it GO. I figured it was a combination of toggle switches in correct order after charging, but would have benefited from a Quick Start bulleted first page of manual. However, customer service has been first class with a very clear list of things to do i order to get her to go forward. Seat is reasonably comfortable. Spunky response to controls. It was impeccably packed. Can't wait to get her out to the campgrounds where my senior women's group meets almost every month in Florida.

I used the chat to try to figure out how to order my battery for my scooter. The customer service representative replied with the link on where I needed to go to get the battery ordered. This was very effective communication. The reason for the new battery is to have one charged and in the scooter and to have an another charged and ready to go. So I never have a dead battery.

I purchased the MS20 in pink I have knee problems and looking forward to using it on family trips. The customer service department has been wonderful with questions that I have had and responds back in a timely manner. Loretta...

I bought the 15/30 Miles 4 Wheels Mobility Scooter for Adults & Seniors Up to 300LBS, 350W Electric Powered Wheelchair Device w/Extended Battery, Dual Baskets, Rotating Seat, USB Charging and it was delivered fast and super easy to assemble! It fits perfectly in the back seat of my F150 for easy transport since I don't have a scooter lift yet. I did have to reach out to customer service with a question and they responded super fast and were able to help me! Overall great scooter & great customer service!
