Simon from Ecomotive delivered my new Mini last Thursday and I could not have been happier with the service. I received a call with details of the delivery the day before and Simon arrived well within the provided window. The car was clean and he ensured everything was as it should be. Jamie delivered my car, service was top notch - called me the day before to arrange a time that suited me and turned up exactly when he said he would. Car was cleaned for me just before the delivery which was a nice touch. Showed me all round the car and how to use the main features. I’ve had a fair few handovers in my time that were little more than throwing the keys at me, it’s refreshing to not have that experience with Jamie.

Had our new car delivered by Paul Fenwick. Paul called to advise his departure time and expected arrival time. Paul then sent a text message when he was half an hour away. Paul arrived right on time and was very friendly, courteous and professional. He ensured the car was polished again to remove any road dirt prior to handing the car over. Paul then showed all the aspects of the new car and asked if we needed any further information or advice. A true credit to your company.

Great experience from start to finish with Keith. The handover was smooth, communication was excellent throughout, and everything was explained clearly. He took the time to show me where everything was in the car and made sure I was comfortable with all the key features before leaving. Friendly, professional, and easy to deal with.
