Delivery driver did good communication regarding drop off times, 20min early, nice clean car arrived 👍

Excellent service. Good communication and Paul Smart went out of his way (by getting up at 230am!) to deliver the car in time for our window of availability and fully charged!. Would highly recommend!

Paul arrived within the quoted time window and gave an excellent demonstration of the new car, taking time to make sure that all of the connected services were set up. Paul offered to stay with me until I was comfortable with the new controls.

Mark J delivered my new Cupra to my home today and made the whole experience straightforward and enjoyable.

He took the time to show me around the car, explain the main features, and answer any questions I had. Everything was explained clearly and at a comfortable pace, which was really appreciated.

Mark was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout, and the delivery went smoothly from start to finish.

Excellent service. We were contacted by Paul Fenwick the night before our delivery giving an estimate of what time roughly delivery was going to be. The morning of delivery he arrived, gave the car a clean from being on the road, showed us around the car at all the features and how to use it. No rush to get away and we could ask questions and be as thorough as we needed. Very nice gentleman. Thank you

I cannot praise Paul who delivered my car enough. Paul phoned me the night before to confirm when my car would be delivered and as we live on a small lane he informed me that he would have to find an alternative location to unload my vehicle. Once unloaded, Paul drove my car to my house, and then not only talked me through my new car features, but also offered advice on the safest way to drive an automatic. Absolutely fanstatic customer service and highly recommend Paul and Ecomotive.

The delivery driver Tony contacted me the day before delivering my new lease car and arranged to arrive before I went to work, which meant I didn't have to rely on a family member to take delivery for me. Furthermore he took the time to help me connect my phone so that I could use it to operate satnav. A very efficient and helpful service.
