I purchased an E-bike from them for my son's birthday at a cost of £549, I was emailed that they had taken the money and that they would email when the bike has been sent (within 5 days). Over a week later I emailed them if the bike has been sent yet and have had no reply. I received an email from PayPal to inform me that I will be refunded back my money but have still not been contacted by E-dash as to why my order has been cancelled and my son has no birthday present.

E-DASH finally contacted me and compensated me for the failure in communication.

Purchased a ebike, which came very well packaged,delivered by a two man team. The bike is excellent , the price was excellent. Very straight forward ordering, plenty of Info on the bike on their website. I had a query, so I emailed edash. They responded very quickly to my query and updated me. All in all I would highly recommend edashmobility.com. Great service and thank you edash 😃

LE-1 Review from electroheads

After having it a few months, I had to replace back inner tube, as it came to me flat. The scooter also creaks (where the joint to make it fold) and theres is not many good places to put a lock through, also from the manufacture the brake pads were not calibrated properly as the outerside of the pad was too far leading to poor unsafe braking.
