Wonderful quality gowns and more ,well looked after, staff amazing.
I was very impressed, made my day even more special.

Everyone looked suitably dandy and correctly dressed for the ceremony. Thank you to the team at E&R who made the day go seamlessly. Ordering online was easy, and on the day, there were no issues despite the volume of graduates.

it was excellent, easy to order and pick up. Hiring gown was made simple, staff very nice and stayed the entire weekend till 6 PM for return. high quality and ironed shirt, highly recommended

Great service, the people made my masters graduation go smoothly! People there to help with robing and placement of the cape and hat!

The only thing that would need a slight improvement would be the base of my robe had dry mud on it as I was handed it. Whether this was used earlier in the day or another day, this should have been cleaned

The team were fantastic from start to finish, ensuring at every stage that my tassle was facing the right way, that my hood was sitting at the right length and that my cap was a snug fit. In fact, I think I'll take more qualifications, just to get to wear the clobber again!!!

I had a great experience with Ede & Ravenscroft; they have an organised staff, good quality of service, and I believe that with such a service, the majority of customers will be satisfied. The booking process is not complex and is understandable, so that we can have a good order according to our needs. They have different prices, depending on the customer's order. Well-structured communication with the Customer, I would recommend other students from a different University, employees from different companies to work with Edge & Ravenscroft, they do excellent work when it comes to taking pictures for friends, family, colleagues from work, and we can keep them as our memories.

The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. Everything was well organised, efficient, and easy to follow. Communication was clear, and each step flowed naturally without any issues. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I’m genuinely pleased with how seamlessly everything came together.

The pick-up point is easy to find, there would be clear signage to the stand (For Cambridge it's around the downing place church). The whole collection process was really smooth, only took us a minute to finish the pick-up. The quality of the gown and bowtie is decent, sufficient to pass the ceremony requirements. The price is actually quite affordable, would definitely recommend for gown hire.

I would say the staff on the day doing fitting went above and beyond for me. Been pregnant they really helped me and made me feel comfortable on the day.

Very professional, friendly and helpful. One member of the team even noticed something wrong with my hat while I was at the ceremony and fixed it for me on the spot. I was very impressed by how seriously they took their jobs.

It was a fantastic day... My day was made by warm wishes and welcoming of staff in a friendly and loving way. They helped me to get ready for my graduation and flet comfortable and confident on the way I look. I never expected the day to be soooo smooth and easy. I loved the gown I am in love with the look. I had such a positive experience with the team who helped me get ready for my graduation. Pauline and Sharon were both absolutely fantastic! They were so warm, cheerful, and incredibly friendly from the moment I arrived. Sharon carefully picked my gown and cap and Pauline took the time to dress me and adjust the fit a few times before the ceremony took place to make sure everything was perfect and sitting right, which really put my mind at ease. Both Pauline and Sharon also involved my children who came along to celebrate this day with me which meant allot for them, and made them feel included in this special day. What could have been a nerve-wracking experience was made so easy and enjoyable thanks to their professionalism and kindness. They effortlessly created a relaxed atmosphere and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. As a wheelchair user, this service was amazing. Thom emailed me with brilliant reasonable adjustments without me reaching out first and has definitely eased the stress of a very special graduation! Thanks to Thom for making my day a bit easier.

Immensely disappointed. Eden and Ravenscroft manner in which it treats customers not inkeeping with the service from the Open University. I really hope the OU reconsider their association with such a poor company.
