Helpful staff, good quality gown.
The staff were really welcoming and everything they needed appeared to be waiting in an easy to access, organised system. Although my MSc gown was of beautiful quality and I loved wearing it, it was rather creased.

Great service!
The online rental transaction was smooth.
On the day of graduation, it was also a quick process of obtaining and returning the gowns.
I received one that fit me perfectly. The gown was of great quality.
Staff were there to help me put them on and see to it that I was wearing the gown and cap properly.

The makings of a special day
I was very nervous about my graduation day and spent days planning it out however I need not have worried about the gowning part of the day as Ede & Ravenscroft handled this perfectly. Their team on site were amazing and so friendly and they helped make my day feel so special.

Gown was broken, and nobody told anything until I saw it on the pictures.
The service was good, but I want to ask for a refund since the gown I hired was broken and I didn’t noticed until I saw myself in pictures. Could you please refound me the £54 I paid for a broken gown.

I did not see any instruction where is the photography service. And I just bought a walking photo during the ceremony. Really regret on that! I filed from Asia to attend with my family.
And after the ceremony, the photo corner had ended.

We’re very sorry that our photography studio was not clearly signposted during your visit. We do have banners in place, as well as staff available to point guests in the right direction, but we appreciate that this may not have been clear enough on the day.

Great service, but a bit pricey
The staff and organisation and equipment were fantastic and helped the day run smoothly. My only downside is that the gown hire is, in my opinion and many other students’ opinion, too costly. Considering all other costs associated with graduation day - hotels, travel, tickets etc - a decrease in price of gown hire would go a long way. Overall, very pleased.
