What a great company with honest people and honest prices. I've virtually had all the windows and 2 doors done and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is keen to have any doors, windows needing.

Outstanding service and quality of doors and windows.
The whole team was excellent. The fitters, the salesman etc.
Usman who was the sale rep who came round showed samples of the windows and had a wide range of designs for windows and doors. Very reasonable quote. Also very polite and approachable. Will recommend to anyone.

Quality of work was better than i expected, the workers were very professional and quick. Over all great experience using eden glaze, good friendly service, great prices and quality products. I would recommend to others and also use again in future.

Following many quotes we decided to go with Eden Glaze took 4 months to get the windows and doors following lots of excuses and delays. One door was fitted right and that took a couple of weeks of chasing but finally got sorted. Beading damaged on a number of windows and even though someone came out to measure these three months ago never heard back from them to get these fitted. Appalling after service and overall customer service so beware!!! If I was to do this again they wouldn’t be a company I would go with or recommend.

I don't normally leave reviews but I had to this time. This was originally a window! Maz and Topi did an amazing job. Took great care, didn't rush and made sure everything was done correctly. Already put a deposit down for my windows and I'm looking forward to getting them fitted in the summer/Autumn!

If only you could give 0 stars. This company is an absolute shambles. I ordered and paid a deposit of £370 in Feb 2021. 1 year later, I still have no door and they are refusing to give me my deposit back. I have emailed to complain and have had no response. Customer service is absolutely horrendous and there is never anyone to speak to.

I paid a deposit of £1000 on 20th of September and originally was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks before the windows were installed. By the 12th of January I sent a recorded delivery letter to Unit 3, Headway Business Centre & it arrived there on 13th Jan. The letter was sent back with 'return to sender' on it . This company registered at Companies House on 28th May at 7 Derby St Bradford B7 and according to Bizzspace have not been at the Headway address for years. They stated they are contacting the HMRC to report the misrepresentation. In the meantime I wait to see if they honour their refund promise

It's so refreshing dealing with this company, brilliant job, caring work men, also the office staff are great too, working together with work men and client , the cost great too the workmanship 100%I'm so impressed would defiantly recommend.

Needed our front door replaced, contacted a few companies for quotes. Settled with Eden, few delays which were out of everyone’s control. Installers were punctual/clean/tidy/efficient. Explained everything that we needed to know, very polite. New door looks amazing, very stylish. Finishing touch’s by the installers made all the difference.

We needed an upgrade on our existing double glazed windows. We contacted several companies to provide us with their best quote for 12 new windows, 2 composite doors, 1 UPVC door and 2 French patio doors Eden Glaze were unbelievable. The time their rep spent with us going through all our needs and budget was exceptional. Their work was faultless and completed within 2 days.
I would highly recommend Eden Glaze to anybody looking to install double glazing as no matter the size of the job, they remained professional from start to finish.

Very fast and clean insulation 5 windows 1 composite front door with side glass panel started 8.30am finished 1pm. Friendly staff, reasonably priced, would recommend

I had a problem with my french doors . They were a-bit stiff wouldn’t close properly and my front door was not shutting properly. I rang the office up on the 0800 number. I spoke to a gentleman and he said he would get someone out on Monday morning. On Monday morning I received a call from Stewart who told me he would be with me in the next 30 minutes. The service was very efficient and my problem solved . I would recommend Eden glaze to my friends and family . They do do a excellent job . Well done team Eden Glaze thank you

Stuart & Kris arrived to fit both composite doors and frames. Explained the process of the fitting. Clean and tidy work throughout, took their time not rushing. Fitted to an excellent standard such a great fresh look throughout. Thanks Eden glaze.

Absolutely atrocious the service.came out to give me a quote promised something and after numerous phonecall and being messed about finally delivered weeks after promised timescale.took my deposit and messed us about.the staff are rude as well.

Great service start to finish. Cannot fault these guys .Saw a couple of bad reviews online but was immediately put at ease when Usman came round . No hard sell . Was left a price and allowed to think about. A week later rang Usman and placed order .4 weeks later everything has been installed . Neighbours been commenting .Stuart and Chris were excellent . Went out of their way to clean up and leave everything tidy . 10 out of 10

Brilliant customer service, quality windows (product) and completed on time to a high standard. Not the cheapest but well worth it for the package and service (aftercare).

This company has fitted my door so badly it is damaging it every time it opens and closes. I have tried contacting them to arrange an engineer to come and fix it or replace it for over 5 monthes. They don’t answer the phone or call you back. Terrible customer service. Still waiting for them to rectify this matter.

Update: after a recommendation on another app (Nextdoor) and a message from the owner of Edenglaze (think he uses this place to look for customers) decided to get a quote as the message seemed pretty genuine saying he had worked for safestyle for 20 years and was fed up with the way they treated their customers and decided to start his own business. So the salesman came out he was really nice promised the world gave me his number and said just to drop him a message or call him and his there to answer any issues. The following day someone called and requested a deposit which I paid as the total cost was just under £8K. I was told around 6 weeks before fitting and that I’ll get a call in two weeks after the surveyors been and checked everything. A few days later the surveyor came out and said there was no issues and the installation will be done in a few weeks. I message the salesman a week later asking if I can get an update and he said he’ll call back but never did. After that I messaged him on numerous occasions but got no response. After exactly 4 weeks I called the office and some rude idiot answered the phone no manners whatsoever. Anyway he put me through to another guy (phone call recorded) who said the reason no ones been in touch is that “when the order was sent to the factory they noticed that my bay windows were not fitted properly and if they take them out to fit new ones the whole roof could collapse” ok please tell me how the factory would know that? Isn’t that the surveyors job? If there was an issue then why did the surveyor put the order through? Anyway I decided to cancel the order and as of yet my deposit still hasn’t been returned despite phone calls, messages and emails. If they think they’re not going to return it then I’m sorry that’s not happening I will go through the proper channels and get it returned. You can live off the few pennies of interest you might profit from not returning it but I will get it back eventually.
Ok so some say bad experience but reading reviews I’m not the first and I’m sure I won’t be the last I have a copy of all the messages and emails also which will be useful. So if you get a message from a guy on here saying his started his own business window to stop the big guys taking advantage of customers remember my review.
I will leave reviews on all the appropriate sites too and have more than enough evidence. By the way my windows have been replaced by another local firm who have done a fantastic job and there was no issues at all with the bay windows this surveyor just laughed at me when I told him what edenglaze had said. Hope this is helpful to anyone whose looking at replacement doors and windows.
Don’t use these guys they’re a joke. They come across as really caring for their customers but it’s the total opposite.
As my windows have now been replaced by another firm who had no issues whatsoever with the bay windows I can only assume this was an attempt to make me pay more money for something that didn’t need doing. Why else would you come out with such rubbish. If only I could share the phone recording on here you would laugh at the pathetic excuse from the installations manager who apparently relies on the factory who seem to have some sort of crystal ball that can see any issues that a surveyor can’t. Anyway I would highly recommend not using these guys. As of yet my deposit hasn’t been returned and I am going via the proper channels as can only assume these guys don’t want to return in and are hoping that I’m stupid enough to let it go. Hope the few pennies they earn in interest on keeping my money in their bank gives them great pleasure.
Avoid like the plague!!!
