After reading bad reviews from others about this company, I was reluctant to offer this company my business until I have spoken to other about their experiences and how excellence workmanship that Eden Glaze have carried out and the outstanding quality of doors and windows they offer. So I thought I give myself the benefit of doubt and give them a chance to prove me wrong. So I called them up and a happy chappy called Usman came out quoted me. I was very impressed with the quote and the quality of composite doors they offered me. Job was done and dusted within a week and wow what an impressive job they have done, they also fitted me a 3 lever lock for free of charge too. Happy days. 👍 well done guys!

Installed windows and doors, great customer service and experience

Very happy with the refurbishment of my conservatory went for a solid roof and it has made a huge difference. The installation guys were amazing and even helped me run some wires through and went over and beyond. Fantastic team would recommend to all.

Excellent quality and service. Usman the salesman who came out was very helpful and polite. He got me exactly what I wanted. The fitters were very quick and clean. Would highly recommend.

I've got a quote and signed an agreement in Oct 2020 to install 2 doors. Until now (March 2021) no communication received from the company regarding installation of the doors. I've tried to contact them and one of the staff said their installer will contact me soon to agree the date. I have waited for months now but no news. I contacted them again through phone but no response. What an awful experience. I definitely don't recommend this company to anyone. Go to much reputable companies.

firstly door fitted with a faulty hinge, they arranged to replace it. Secondly replaced the hinge and the door kept locking me out. Fitter said the door had bowed and needed replacing. Now over 3 weeks later still no sign of the replacement door, no communication from the company and after being locked out with no way of getting into my property and no help when that happens, Im totally disgusted. A lot of money paid out for something that doesnt even work. I will be seeking legal advice or taking this company to court if they dont resolve this very soon.

Beautiful Amazing quality work ! Thank u to usman who consulted with us and showed us what would be best for our home ! The service was outstanding better than what we expected and very pleased ! They really looked after us and sorted out the payment with us which was superb ! Stu and Craig were very respectful and polite and just got on with the job . It was was worth the wait and way better than what we expected !!! Everything was on point from start to finish 🤩🤩🤩. Good work, polite and respectful of our requirements in this pandemic. Eden glaze have been spot on!
I don't normally trust sales calls and naturally I was sceptical but Eden glaze have been honest and straight forward from the very first call.
The workers were quick with out saraficing quality and considerate of our needs.
All in all better than I expected and we've actually noticed a drop in our heating bills so thats another unexpected bonus.

I recently had a gentleman come out to me to give me a quotation on some windows and doors from Edenglaze uk he was very helpful and professional. I purchased 5 windows and 2 doors. They were fitted within a few weeks and the fitters were also lovely and did a fantastic job. Thanks guys. My family ordered new house windows doors on august 4th they originally agreed a 6 week turn around due to the COVID 19 there has been a slight delay we have been told multiple times that someone will get in touch with us regarding a date for installation it is now November 17th and we are yet to be in contact with anybody regarding a date or any form of communication. We have been given an email form senior management who have yet to respond to an email sent roughly around end of September. Given the consumer rights act of 2015 we feel that multiple aspects of the regulation have been badly forgot and we would just like some clarity of when we will be receiving the product I wouldn’t recommend the company to anybody.
My experience is that nobody will respond to you and leave you in the dark on all platforms of communication (email, Facebook, google review, telephone)

The worsted company what i used before.
I placed order for 2 doors which was expecting to be installed in 3 weeks time. Doors was delay, then they installed only part of door and was missing door panel.
Managers in this company most unprofessional. They couldn’t explain me when i will receive my full order. So I had to send many email,calls. After 2 months I received call from Manager and he told me what is my fault what they installed part of doors because I forced them to do this otherwise I will cancel my order. Yes I have right to cancel my order. After a month another manager rang me and explained what they not making anymore door panels what i order and he will send me a pictures of new panels. When I asked him to come and show me in personal what i can choose he said unfortunately he is part time worker and don’t have a time. The best customer service what I received after this call.
Is take me 5 month to cancel order.
I never saw the worst customer service and specifically Managers who are not interested at business at all

Absolutely stunning...Andy and Steve were just brilliant, great work carried out. The new slate grey as transformed the house..when there was an issue with tbe facia cladding due to previous works done by another company nothing was too much trouble with Scott sorting it out there and then. We would highly recommend from Usman who came as the sales rep to Scott for sorting issues but mainly the lads who fitted - just brilliant...waiting for the door in 9wks to finish off the whole look..
