I had the BEST Experience today with Noah W who stayed on past the end of the working day to help me. I was having some real technical issue's and was feeling the pressure trying to work against a clock before links expired. Thank You. You are me HERO. Someone give Noah a payrise, what a guy.

I purchased a 12 month perplexity subscription, had to reach out after two days to the edsX live chat and the provided the code and instructions to activate it and it worked!

I purchased a genuine Microsoft Windows 11 Pro key to upgrade my OS from the Home version to Pro.
With some sincere cooperation from Sarah, I was finally able to achieve this without any issues.
For some reason I couldn't install the upgrade. I now know why. I had attempted several times to upgrade but with no luck. I was obviously doing something wrong with the process. Scratching my head and wondering if the right key had been provided, I contacted EDSX. I was pleasantly surprised when Sarah, a sales rep from esdX, replied immediately to my email and was so helpful and basically walked me through the process of upgrading the OS to Pro version.
I sincerely appreciate the communication and support provided by Sarah. Well pleased with the final outcome.

Made a purchase via Wowcher, unfortunately purchased the wrong windows key for my laptop. Sarah was so helpful via email, talked me through how to use the key and swapping it for the correct one as soon as we realised I had ordered the wrong one. Would not hesitate to recommend!

I was running with Microsoft Office 2021 Pro Plus since 2021 and bought Microsoft Visio Pro 2024 a few days ago but were having problems with installing Visio. edsX Sales suggested uninstalling Office then install Visio, Visio installed and ran properly but Office2021 won't install. edsX Sales suggested different things to try but none worked. They got Michael Anderson, one of their technical support specialists to remotely diagnosed what the problem was due to. In the end edsX was kind enough to give me Microsoft Office 2024 Pro Plus free and everything installed properly. Michael spent 1.5 hours to diagnosed the problem and installed everything back in working order.

I purchased software from EDSX.
My IT knowledge is quite basic. I had a slight problem installing it. So, I contacted them by email and got a very quick response, which surprised me, as it was Sunday afternoon.
I was sent clear instructions to sort out the problem, which I did in no time. Very pleased. I would recommend this company and I will use them again.

I made a mistake with my order (all my fault, I’m useless with technology!) so sent a quick email to the company to explain and ask for their help. I received a speedy reply from a fab staff member called Mia who kindly offered me a full refund despite it being totally my mistake which really was above and beyond!
