Lovely staff and amazingly friendly, very helpful

I can’t say enough good things about the team that helped me navigate the application of my wowcher voucher. Sarah, Liam and Mia were so professional, polite and helpful. They often picked up from one another so I never felt as if I would be left dangling. Really I cannot praise them enough. Thank you so* much.

Account issues with one of the products purchased through edsX was resolved within minutes, even though it was not edsX's fault. I used the chat and talked to a human, Isabella, who was polite, respectful and very knowledgable about the software company in question, explaining in full the reason behind the issue I had. As a senior with 40+ years in the software industry, I know how tricky some issues can be, but edsX went beyond what most would do, and this is above the norm from my experience. Top marks for excellent Customer Service and a thank you to Isabella.

I bought a Perplexity Pro voucher from wowcher, the redemption info wasnt accurate, you were instructed to fill out a form but two weeks later, nothing happened. I emailed the company and they asked me to use the online chat. This was instantly resolved by Isabella who guided me step by step until I hd my subscription working. Thank you!

Excellent support for perplexity AI Wowcher offer than did not come though on email.

Bought a code off Wowcher and managed to incorrectly redeem it, Isabella from customer service chat helped me massively and managed to provide another code to get it up and running for me! Service is a bit fiddly as I had to use a VPN for the code to work but I appreciate that is why it was heavily discounted.

Isabella has been very helpful leading me the subscription process for my purchase. Excellent Service!

Bought a Perplexity AI subscription through Woucher. Redeemed with EDSX within the time limit but heard nothing from Perplexity. Had to email EDSX a couple of times to gain access to the online chat. Isabella helped me activate my subscription. A daunting process but she steered me through it. Top marks for Isabella but EDSX should not make this so complicated.

The app was a little confusing and I bought the voucher twice.
Then I had to redeem it. Which was a faff but I got there in the end. What I will say is the customer service is absolutely brilliant.

Customer service was excellent. Had a problem redeeming a voucher from Wowcher, but Noah was really helpful and sorted everything out, staying on chat until we were completely sorted.

Had a call with Isobella this morning as I was having trouble redeeming a Wowcher voucher for Perplexity, Isobella explained the process clearly and was so patient with me while I fumbled around trying to work it all out ! well done @edsx I am very grateful I could not have done this alone. !!!! 5 stars

A huge thank you to Isabella! I was completely lost and thought my money had gone to waste when following a expiration message I received although attempting to redeem my product multiple times. I then reached out and was put in contact with Isabella who was nothing short of amazing. She had the patience to guide me through it step by step and the kindness to reassure me she was with me every step of the way until I redeemed my product. She even put a smile on my face with her kind and caring words just before ending the conversation. Very satisfied and Very grateful!

I purchased a 12 month perplexity subscription, had to reach out after two days to the edsX live chat and the provided the code and instructions to activate it and it worked!

Great deal from esdx Had a technical issue applying the code. Emailed them. Sarah sorted the issue out within the hour, fantastic customer service Sarah was a credit to the business. Will definitely be using them again. A+
