The Education school were great from start to finish, they provide constant support, they give clear and concise feedback, without them I wouldn’t have got through my Level 3 AET. Thanks to my Tutor Felica and all the team at the education school.

The course (AET) level 3 was excellent value for money and I was able to pay in instalments which suited my budget. The course content was in 3 manageable modules. After submitting your coursework it is assessed and feedback is given by the assessor. Big shout out to Felicia, (my assessor) who gave me constructive feedback, ideas on how to improve and she was very patient with me. If you are thinking of studying at home, don’t hesitate, you will be supported every step of the way.

I am grateful to The Education School for helping me get a qualification that I thought was beyond my capabilities. This course has benefited me so much - it has completely changed the way I teach. So a massive thank you to the patient and kind Felicia who was my tutor.
I do think there could be better communication however. Sometimes I was sitting waiting for feedback when there was none because I had not signed an assignment correctly or sent a PDF file when it should have been a Word document. This was all my fault for not understanding the instructions but if you had let me know sooner I could have rectified my mistakes quickly and not had to delay things by months.

I recently completed a course and was really impressed with the whole experience. The online system was easy to use and made the learning process smooth and straightforward. Felicity was a fantastic tutor , and great at explaining things clearly. The course content itself was very in-depth and covered everything I needed to know, making it excellent value for money. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone considering it!

This company maintained a high level of professionalism during the training. The feedback was delivered thoughtfully, encouraging me to enrich my work and proceed to the next unit. Based on my experience, I received feedback on my submission within five working days. I enthusiastically recommend this course to others.

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, but in this instance you don't even get that. L3 AET course, started badly and went downhill from there. Still waiting on my Certificate to be sent out despite receiving my course completion letter on the 20th March 2025. I have had to approach their awarding body myself to try and resolve this issue and still waiting.

I have had an excellent experience so far with the customer service provided by Harry at The Education School. From the beginning, he has been prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process of signing up for my Level 5 Teaching Course via the chat bot on the site.

I have just enrolled for a CAVA certificate course with The Education School. I wasn't sure which course would suit and work within my circumstances. I used the online agent chat function and was helped all the way through the process by Irina.
Irina was excellent, made everything clear and easy to understand and stayed with me to aid me through and answer any questions.
