⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed — Unauthorized Charges and a Serious Loss of Trust
I am extremely disappointed with Educly. I discovered charges on my Apple payment method that I did not expect or authorize, and I have already reported the issue.
It is unacceptable to have to worry about unexpected charges on your own payment method. Customers deserve transparency, clear billing practices, and a simple way to resolve payment disputes. This experience has caused me unnecessary stress and completely damaged my trust in this company.
I am asking Educly to investigate these charges, explain exactly what I am being charged for, and issue a full refund for any unauthorized charges.
I strongly encourage other consumers to carefully review their subscriptions, monitor their Apple payment history, and check their statements for unexpected charges.
Until this issue is properly resolved, I cannot recommend Educly. Customers deserve better than this experience. I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and makes things right.
