Very user friendly
Very user friendly. I just started using Educly, just the other day, I was only going to do the first lesson and end. I found myself wanting to continue to learn more. The material is interesting and the lessons are short and engaging enough to keep me interested. It's great that the AIs answer your questions in real time if you feel stuck, or unsure. They are a great resource.
This course will be challenging and rewarding. I feel this can definitely help me to improve my future, by giving me skills that are in demand now.
Thank you!!

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear that your subscription renewal caused frustration.
We would like to clarify that EDUCLY is committed to transparency in its billing practices. Information regarding subscription fees and automatic renewals is provided during checkout, in our Terms and Conditions, and in the communications sent after purchase.
We understand that it's easy to forget about an active subscription. However, renewal conditions are disclosed in advance, and subscriptions remain active until canceled. Access to the platform is provided throughout the paid period, regardless of how frequently the service is used.
After reviewing the support conversation associated with your email address, we confirmed that our team offered you an additional 6 months of access at no extra cost as a gesture of goodwill.
Regarding your concerns about receiving no value from the platform, we also reviewed your support history and found no previous requests reporting difficulties accessing your account. Unfortunately, without being informed of any access issues, our support team did not have the opportunity to investigate or resolve them earlier.
Nevertheless, we have activated your complimentary 6-month access bonus and resent your login link to your registered email address, ensuring you have the opportunity to benefit from the educational content available on EDUCLY without any additional charges for this extended access.
We understand your disappointment regarding the refund request and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. Our subscription terms are available at https://educly.app/termos-assinatura.
If you experience any difficulties accessing the platform, our team remains available at contact@educly.app to assist you.
Best regards,
EDUCLY Team

Dont trust these people.
Be careful, you are entering a 39$ subscription. Dont trust these people. It started with a £12 payment and then you have to navigate to your account and see you have entered into a $39 a month payment without even getting the chance to try it! Beware!
