I recently purchased the Snowflake Developer from Edureka. I would like to share my feedback on both the course and the support team. Firstly, I'd like to highlight the assistance I received from Lokesh. For my specific concern regarding course related, we connected over the phone, and Lokesh provided clear and effective guidance to resolve it. As for the course itself, the content was well-structured, and the instructor demonstrated in-depth knowledge, making the learning experience smooth and engaging. Overall, my experience with Edureka has been highly positive, and I appreciate the support and dedication of the entire team.

I purchased 2 courses but they enrolled me in other courses without my permission. I was saying that I am not interested. But they dint bother.. raised a ticket and called them multiple times. But of no use. After seeing all these reviews why can't we together raise a complaint on them in consumer court and we will show their real face to the people. Anybody interested in raising a complaint in consumer court.

Very poor Customer service.
I had to call in multiple times for my project evaluation.
Then I had a interview scheduled and requested the provisional certificate or proof that I will receive a certificate.
Even for that I have to call in multiple times and every time they gave me a false hopes that it will be in your email in next 24 hours. It has been 4 days and there 24 hours haven't completed.
That job interviewer call me and warned me not to apply until you receive the certificate, and I also lost the job.

The course is amazing i have taken Advance certificate program in data science and AI

I have purchased some courses from Edureka and now Edureka buys in my name with my credit card further courses which I have not ordered or purchased and charges my credit card for these new courses they have in the program. Each month my bill increases without any courses I need.
Someone from Edureka goes obviously with my credit card shopping . Edureka is really a very fraudulent company. Please stay far away from them if you do not want to get the victim of their fraudulent activities.

The live classes as well as the recording sessions are really helpful. Moreover, I've been shifted to the other batch as per as my request. So, the management is also really good and cooperating.

The instructor was good and very much helpful also she had tried every possibilities so that i could complete my module and i like this best part.

I have attended their PRINCE2 7th edition - foundation & practitioner course in the June 2024 batch.

On the good side, their LMS portal is user friendly with lots of features like to initiate discussions, watch recordings and raise support tickets etc., The recorded training content from another batch by a different trainer is very explanatory and is of good quality. This portal can be accessed either via their website or mobile app and with lifetime support for learners. Their support team is very responsive and also keen to obtain feedback after every session.

Problems faced in my experience:

I was given a lot of false information by the Edureka's sales person who sold me the PRINCE2 course and also the same person stopped responding to any of my emails and messages after the payment was made.

I was promised at the time of sale that below benefits are included in the course fees but I realised after the course that they are not included.

1. Five years certification validity if opting for the combined course of PRINCE2 fundamentals and Practitioner.
2. Free mock tests to ensure obtaining the pass mark in the first attempt of the actual exam for both levels.
3. Free membership to log CPD points to aid certification renewals as required.

Adding to that, the quality/standard of the live training provided by the Edureka's instructor for my specific batch is very poor without any structure and remains the same even after many feedbacks over an email / call / portal by many learners including me.

The overall experience is definitely not as expected/promised and the service received is of unsatisfactory level for the amount charged for it and the actual benefits were surely varying from what was promised at the time of sale as indicated above.

Resolution provided to me:

I have then supplied evidence to their support team to indicate my concern. Edureka has then refunded roughly half of my potential loss due to all false information provided to me. I am also given an option to take up any one program from Edureka indefinitely excluding their university and vendor based programs. I am hoping to have a positive experience in that as they have acknowledged to take necessary action so that this poor sales and training experience won't happen for anyone in future.

Had a great experience in learning Selenium Certification. Very knowledgeable instructor. He gave excellent ideas to prep for the interview.
