Update to previous review
I can see once again Edyn Care flagged my previous review to query whether it was genuine. I'm confused why they did this considering they invited me to contact them personally in their earlier reply, where I could've cleared things up with them directly, without them having to resort to flagging my review with another request to submit further personal data to Trustpilot just to keep my review published.
Other reviewers have provided initials or pseudonyms in their reviews, and I hope Edyn Care asked them for verification of their identity and did not excuse them from that just because they gave good reviews. I do hope Edyn Care's request for further personal information from me is genuinely used for the intended purpose of investigating and finding resolutions, and not to find out who I am for the sake of it. I also believe Edyn Care know exactly who I am, because shortly after I posted my original review the Care Adviser quickly emailed me as I believe he recognised who I was based on what I had written. However the damage was already done and we particularly had a distressing experience over Christmas as we had to resort to an emergency carer from another company who we had no choice over. I truly believe it was a deliberate choice not to prioritise my mum for care, because how come all of a sudden you recognise an email nearly 4 months later just because I've posted a negative review, and not the first time around. My mum deserves better than that.

Edyn Care have provided full time live-in care for a few years now, which has enabled my mother to continue living in her own home as her Alzheimer's continues to tighten its cruel grip.
The carers on the 'frontline' are nothing short of miracle workers who have built a solid bond with both mum and the family.
As her eldest son Mum hasn't recognised me for a couple of years now but we believe the care mum receives from Edyn in her own home has been a game changer for our dear mum and the family.
The main carer has been by mum's side for around four years - her unwavering compassion and reliable ability to provide first class care during a time when it has been needed the most.......is no small thing.

Great experience with Edyn all the way through
From first making contact with Edyn right to the chosen carer my experience has been entirely stressfree and a very positive one- I felt safe in the knowledge that my carer was very experienced and totally committed to my well-being and doing her utmost with regard to helping me recuperate She was also a very good cook!

After our mother's fall
After our mother's fall, we decided to arrange several weeks of live-in care for her. Edyn Care captured our attention as the most comprehensive agency we encountered. Their representatives diligently assessed our mom's care needs and designed a customized care plan, showing great flexibility when we needed to extend the care period beyond the initial end date.The two carers provided by Edyn Care were exceptional. Cecilia expertly navigated the initial phase of our mother's recovery, offering superb physical assistance as well as much-needed companionship and emotional support after the sudden loss of her beloved pet.Following Cecilia, Roxana continued the outstanding service, even during the Christmas period when she was absent from her own family. She took charge of cooking, washing, ensuring medication adherence, and encouraging physiotherapy exercises. Additionally, Roxana managed all laundry and cleaning chores, leaving the home immaculate.Our mother, being fiercely independent, has now resumed her self-care routine. Her remarkable recovery would not have been possible without the dedicated support of Cecilia and Roxana. We are immensely grateful for their extraordinary quality of care.We wholeheartedly recommend Edyn Care and commend both Cecilia and Roxana as top-tier carers for anyone in need of similar care services in the future.

High Quality Care
We wanted to provide live-in carers for a few weeks for our mother following a fall.
We chose Edyn Care as they struck us as the most thorough agency that we spoke with.
Their representatives took time to fully understand the exact nature and level of care required and tailored an appropriate level of care to provide. They were also very helpful and flexible when we wanted to extend the care period for a short time from the original expiry date.
The two carers we had from Edyn Care were absolutely first class.
Cecilia helped our mother through the first stages of recuperation, providing excellent physical care and additionally a level of companionship and mental support that became particularly important following the untimely loss of my mother’s pet dog.
Roxana took over and provided exemplary care including over the Christmas period (when she was away from her own family), cooking meals, washing, making sure our mother was taking all of her prescribed medication and ensuring she diligently followed her physiotherapy. In addition, she did all required laundry and cleaning; leaving the house spotlessly clean.
Being a proud and independent woman, our mother is now back to looking after herself.
There is no way that she would have made the level of progress in her recovery that she has made without the help of Cecilia and Roxana and we are all so grateful for the unbelievably high standard of care they provided.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Edyn Care as an agency and both Cecilia and Roxana as high quality carers to anyone looking for a similar level of care in future.

Very impressed with EdynCare
Very impressed with EdynCare. The team took care to ensure the carer they provided for my mother matched the requirements we discussed & regularly follow up to ensure all needs are being met. Georgina has been caring for my mother for four months now, they have developed a close bond & Georgina provides companionship as well as meeting my mother's care needs. The peace of mind we have as a family knowing our mother is safe, well looked after & content in her own home is priceless.

Still very happy with Edyncare
We have now been with Edyncare for three and a half years and, as our parents' needs become greater, we remain both very pleased and hugely relieved that we found Edyncare, after a difficult start with another care company. We are very happy with the carer and back-up carer, who both do an excellent job. We find all our key contacts at Edyncare approachable, thoroughly professional, kind and, quite frankly, genuinely caring. I have been working with my current employer on and off for over 10 years and we have experienced a number of different care agencies.
Edyn care are professional and also have a personal touch. Showing respect not only to their clients but also to the other carers.
I share a live in rota with a member of Edyn, I believe we have a very good relationship, not only professionally but also personally. She is very good at her job and also a nice person.

Care review
I have been with Edyn since August 2025, and using them for my live in care.
They have very professional and experienced care managers. They took charge of my care package and immediately dealt with my health issues, including the updating of my care plans.
My current live in carer is very kind, and I can feel that everything she does is from the heart.
After using care agencies for over 12 years - I would say that Edyn are one of the best providers in the country, because their treat their clients and staff with kindness and respect - and they actually care.
