Great no nonsense approach to learning swimming. Very actionable advice for beginners.

I had struggled with a variety of "anti-fog" goggles that either were always foggy or eventually leaked. I purchased a pair from ES and after a couple of months, they are still not foggy or leaky!

I like effortless swimming. They give you the product they promise and their prices are upfront. I have enjoyed their products and how I can easily login and view past courses I purchased.

Brenton & Tasmynne are experts in their field with great communication skills, being able to translate the technicalities of adult swimming into actionable steps anyone can follow. I've tried a few swim training methods and they are easily the best. I've managed to improve my CSS pace by around 30 seconds over 18 months whilst I've been with ES, and though it's hard work requiring commitment and tenacity, I know I couldn't have done it without ES. Brenton is incredibly insightful and has the best swimming tips and drills that you can find if you are looking to get faster in the water!

I learned to swim in my late 30’s. I didn’t have a coach or anyone else to actually help me, I just consulted articles and clips from the internet. I did ok at first, but it wasn’t until I found Effortless Swimming that I actually started to see dramatic improvements. Brenton has the best guidance and training programs for adult swimmers. Everything he teaches puts you on the best path to see tangible improvement quickly, and tweaks to help you break the natural swimming plateau you will encounter. From the drills, to the way to structure your sets, to lessons of mental and physical growth as a swimmer; this has it all.

I cannot recommend Brenton and Effortless swimming enough to anyone looking to become a better swimmer. Whether you are brand new to the sport or find yourself stuck in a rut/plateau, this program will help you.

Coach Brenton's videos have been quite helpful to reduce drag coefficient and be smooth across the technical elements of catch, pull & kicks. And their service is always very responsive.

I thought I was a good swimmer until I started doing triathlons and realised I needed to shave some time off my pace. Have managed to shave 20 secs off my 100 m pace. Unfortunately, my cheap pair from rebel are lasting longer than these. These are constantly fogging up for me. They were perfect for about a month.

Bought the goggles and love them. Wore them once in open water race and it did the trick. No fog. Looking forward to warmer water for more open water with these

I've loved every part of the Effortless Swimming coaching experience. I started last year with the 8-week freestyle course. Shaved a couple of seconds off my 100m freestyle. Swam 116.55 last summer. And strangely, I was relaxed when I did this. So feel I can improve the times. I've really appreciated the individual coaching (video feedback), the actual videos, and Tasmynne and Brenton's feedback. Just started the 4-week Breaststroke course, and plan to do the Back and Fly later in the year. Great! Keep it coming.

Water is getting in so maybe a need a different model or something cause I have to really squeeze it down and maybe I don’t get water in
