The worst!
The worst!! I paid for premium delivery so that the flowers would arrive on time which they didn't. You can't speak to anyone, you can email but they deny the delivery date even when you send a copy of the confirmation. Cowboys!!

Absolutely awful! I paid a fortune for a bouquet of red roses because I thought I was getting the beautiful image of the bouquet in full bloom that they show on their website. They were delivered in very poor condition - withered! My friend said they looked like they were a week old! No effort whatsoever was made to make this bouquet look attractive. They send some rubbish information that if the outer petals look withered then all you have to do is remove them to see the fresh bud underneath. If this is acceptable then why don't they show the bouquet in this state on their website??? Because nobody would buy them if that was the case! People pay for a bouquet that they see on the website and expect it to look like that not some withered, half hearted attempt that they actually send. I complained and was told that they don't give refunds but they will send another bouquet. I thought ok fair enough and asked them to send my friend a different bouquet. Then they said that they can't send a different one - it has to be the same one!!!! Why would I send the same one when the last one was awful!! Anyway I sent them a final email complaining and never received anything back. I will never use them again. An absolute rip off!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Don't waste your hard earned money on this cowboy florist because you will be bitterly disappointed.

Don't waste your money
Ordered flowers for my parents 40th wedding anniversary, the courier dumped them on the door step even though my parents were home. They arrived damaged broken stems and wilting, I was told to following the steps to "revive" the flowers and give it 24hours. The flowers that were broken clearly were a lost cause. Really don't waste your money ordering from them

AWFUL customer service
AWFUL customer service. The 50 roses arrived half dead, they advised me that in 48 hours they would bloom. I followed the care instructions and they were even more dead. They are saying the photos look like the ones on the site, anyone with eyes can see that is definitely not true. I wish I could attach the pictures to show you all. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They offered no refund or replacement. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. I’ll also advise everyone I know not to deal with this company. £50 down the drain.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received, flowers not delivered on the correct date and the wrong bouquet delivered. Not only was it the wrong bouquet but it wasn’t the correct size either, I would have give a 0 star review if possible. I am still perusing a refund and will go through reading standards if need be.
Old flowers big disappointment
I recently ordered flowers for an engagement event and I was very disappointed with the delivery. The flowers arrived looking old and wilted, which was not what I expected. Additionally, the vase provided was plastic, which felt cheap and did not match the occasion. I had hoped for a more beautiful presentation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Very bad experience i had with Eflorist.uk the flowers come all ready old no fresh flowers on this website I order 100 roses and they come even less then 100 and not fresh...very bad experience I should check the trust pilot before to order... After 1 day the flowers became very bad , very bad delivery, was coming in to a small box and imagine 100 Rose's how i recevied into a box .....don't try to have bad experience like me...run a way from Eflorist.uk

still waiting for a valentine bouquet to be delivered to my girlfriends address e mailed customer services 3 times given a ticket number but no response although money has gone out of my account,disgusting customer service id like to say that this is a one off but last time flowers were late and dehydrated,certainly wont get a third chance.

( days chasing them up. Each day a different person answering my email, Pete, Carly, Kirsty… each one with a different excuse for having charged me twice for the same bouquet that I ordered for my mum.
First they insisted they could not see 2 charges. Then it was that they had delivered the two so no refund… (no second bouquet ever received) and still going… I don’t think they will have the decency of reimbursing the second charge.
I do not recommend eflorists.co.uk under any circumstances.

I have sent 6/7 emails asking for a refund!
I have after 4 days only just got a reply baxk saying that 'usually in my case (they sent dead flowers) they would send replacement flowers'.
I emailed back asking for a refund and not to send replacement flowers as i would like to go to a florist that i know are actually good quality so I can choose my own, see them with my own eyes this time!
I am disgusted with this companies service and lack of standards.
There are 4 or 5 telephone numbers for eflorist online and not one of them works!
I wish I could upload and attatch the bouquet I paid £42 for.. 😭😭😭
They were meant to cheer my daughter up. The state of the flowers she recoeved were enough to make anyone depressed.

Order 2 lots of flowers for my wife on valentines day 1 lot arrived the 2nd lot still hasn't ive sent numerous emails with no joy they say it's been delivered but as I explained 1 lot did from the courier the 2nd lot was to come from the local florist which still haven't arrived I'm now £55 out of pocket avoid eflorist they are useless

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Flowers not delivered, even with the premium delivery paid, no correspondence has been sent to communicate any issues; 4 days later still nothing!! Have emailed and raised multiple tickets to have them ignored. This company is awful, please avoid at all costs to avoid disappointment.
