Rubbish service
I paid extra for next-day delivery of an anniversary gift for my wife, but the package was delivered to an unfamiliar address. The courier claims it was delivered to my alternate address, despite my being home and tracking the delivery. I would not recommend this service.

They missed my daughter's birthday. Although they advertise a delivery date, that's not a guarantee as I found out. In the small print it says 90% of our deliveries are on time! Why advertise a delivery date then? You have to pay additional for guaranteed delivery date. The flowers were of poor quality when they arrived, they were limp and bedraggled. Complained and got nowhere. They ignored my second complaint email but were happy to send through advertising material for future orders....as if. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Exceptionally poor service should be shut down. Received flowers with no senders details on the card, no flower food and the flowers were of a very poor quality and quantity.
Tried contacting them to complain but got no satisfaction or even indication that they cared about the poor quality service. Avoid this service!!!

I am shocked to see so many negative reviews here. My daughter sent me a bouquet two weeks ago, I admit on first look I the flowers looked sad. Two weeks later almost all the flowers are still going strong, the scent from the lilies was amazing. One happy mum.
Avoid- not worth the money
I ordered flowers for my sister who is recovering from major surgery. I ordered the medium hedgerow which the picture showed 5 roses and eryngiums amongst other flowers. What arrived was a bouquet that I could have bought from a supermarket for a quarter of the price with 2 roses a lot of filler foliage and statice in place of the eryngiums. I contacted customer services and was offered a replacement but as these had already been received I asked for a partial refund. Every time you respond, someone else picks up your emails, so you get nowhere with them. Please avoid as you can get better from a supermarket.

I ordered flowers for the 13th but they arrived very late on the 14th.Many of the flowers failed to open and quickly died. I complained today because I was visiting my 91 year old Mum. She was embarrassed to tell me before how bad the flowers were. I complained but was told it was too late. I paid over £40 and it was a terrible waste of money.

Bouquet delivered looked nothing like the one advertised. Purchased the large bouquet but the one delivered was full of foliage! Customer services was appalling. Originally stated they would send a replacement bouquet and then back tracked. Had to constantly chase up and was met with generic emails which were not addressing my concerns. Avoid at all costs!!

Bad Bad Bad
Bought at £40 large bouquet for my wife's birthday.
What arrived was very poor condition and not worth even £10. Would have been better off going to a local supermarket and buying something.
Contacted their customer service and the response was provide pictures so we can inform our supplier so this does not happen again. Good luck for the next customer but what about me?

Utterly disgusted
Utterly disgusted, I am an international customer. I paid extra for a premium delivery so that the flowers will be delivered on the birthday of my husband. I chose 19th January as the delivery date and not only were the flowers NOT delivered on that day they STILL haven’t been delivered. This brand is an absolute scam and scum. I hope this business shuts down in an instant and they rot in hell for deceiving their customers. Anyone who reads this report their accounts on every platform.

Would give no stars if possible. Flowers left outside at wrong address and looked rubbish, white roses and one bit of purple to add a bit of colour. Don’t waste your money. Angry that my hubby paid what he did for this tiny wee bunch. Would advise avoiding this website.
Dead flowers - fit for the bin!
Flowers arrived via courier, wrapped in crumpled white tissue paper, tied with cream ribbon and squashed into a cardboard box. (Presentation was appalling considering the price paid.) Most of the blooms were wilting and dying, so I'll also add my comments to the other numerous bad reviews. My question is how does this Company continue ripping its customers off? We have a substantially reduced bunch of carnations bought from our local supermarket a week ago but they still look amazingly fresh!

Absolutely terrible and I feel so embarrassed. I ordered flowers on 15th Jan and paid for express delivery for 16th Jan. It’s now 18th Jan and no sign of my sister-in-law receiving her birthday gifts. Her birthday was on 16th Jan. Will never order from them again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I paid for delivery guaranteed two days before my mother’s birthday. Flowers arrived 24 hours later. They refunded shipping but flowers were wilted and leaves falling off. They asked me to wait 48 hours to see how flowers do. They broke their promise of guaranteed delivery (extra cost) then fob me off with they may look better after 48 hours. Despite success with this company several times before this was unacceptable
Should have refunded money or offered to send another order. They did neither at this point
Shocking customer service & product
Aside the shocking state of the flowers, delivered 8 days late, the utterly disgusting customer service, showing no compassion for the circumstances the flowers were ordered in the first place (friend’s husband having passed away).
They refused a refund. Yodel were equally useless.
I did consider ordering through Interflora. Shame I gave EFlorist a chance. Sadly, I hadn’t read the reviews.

Absolutely awful service and equally awful and unhelpful customer service.
Flowers were already dead on arrival, but customer service insisted they were just fine and made no attempt at all to address my complaint.
Please do save your money and save yourselves the embarrassement of sending a loved ones wilted flowers! I will be escalating my complaint to trading standards, they should not get away with this and steal anyone else's money
