Just received flowers sent by my sister and they were in a flat box and wilted.
Very poor performance
Very poor performance, flowers just chucked into the box without any moisture source( as promised)for it to survive 24 hrs after dispatching. Dead bouquet delivered.
BOX WITH FLOWERS DUMPED OUTSIDE IN THE COLD
BETWEEN 7-8 PM , 23rd December, Amazon dumped my flowers, sent from my son in Spain , on the outside door step. Did not ring the bell or knock although we were all at home, lights on, cars on drive! A chilly damp night. Did not follow the instructions on the delivery label to leave in a safe place, our outside door has clearly got a sign saying - Please leave parcels inside unlocked porch! The box had been slightly squashed so I guess the driver didnt want to face us! My son has sent me lots of flowers before, i love the arrangements and the mini box of chocolates and greeting card. Very fortunately a neighbour popped around with a card so she found the box and gave it to us. So sort out your deliveries eflorist I was lucky but others might not be. Fortunately the flowers, a lovely Christmassy selection were intact - BUT the delivery driver did not know that!!!!!!

They emailed me to tell me they had a technical fault. After lots of emails and an ignored request for a refund, flowers eventually arrived three days later.
Customer service was spectacularly unhelpful.
Flowers when they did arrive were dehydrated.
Late, dead flowers
Third and final time I used this company. Flowers were delivered a day late and had clearly been out of water too long as some were dead. Very dubious practice of putting doubt in your mind whether to pay for standard or premium delivery, these were for my girlfriend's birthday. Customer service were no help. Over 90% of reviews being one star says it all. Avoid.

Dead flowers…
Just received a flower arrangement from my niece as a Christmas gift. Flowers are mostly dead or close to it. No protective packaging and flowers had no moisture wrap at the base of the stems and arrived in a bashed up box. She must have paid a lot to send me these. Absolutely disgraceful.

Terrible bouquet and rubbish customer service . They kept sending care of flowers link . It's a bunch of flowers not a puppy !!! More foliage than blooms and very dark colours even though the bouquet was named Radiant. Avoid
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Im currently over seas for many months and wanted to send a nice bunch of flowers to my mother for Christmas, i paid over £30 for my flowers for half of them to be dead and the roses to be all wilted. They had arrived by the delivery date but i was just gutted and embarrassed when i was told most of them are dead. Such a shame & a waste of money.
A rip off
Absolutely disgusted. The bouquet was described as large but was just 10 roses, a few buds and a bit of foliage. Cost £29 (apparently reduced from £40) plus delivery and could have got the equivalent for about £10 in a supermarket. If this is a large bouquet I can’t imagine what a small one could be. I will never use again. AVOID!

Flowers ordered for a birthday
Flowers ordered for a birthday. Paid additional charge to make sure they were delivered on the day. When they failed to deliver I emailed customer service requesting a refund. They apologised but only offered to refund the delivery charge. Emailed them again, cancelling my order and requesting a refund. So far no response. Will never use Eflorist again and caution anyone to think carefully before placing an order. I'm £34.98 out of pocket.

Really disappointed ordered 9.11.24 for delivery 13.12.24, find out the day delivery is due that they can’t fulfil, leaving it too late to order with a more reputable company. These were flowers on the anniversary of a loved one who has passed, so the offer of resending another date was just not good enough- when I finally got hold of someone via email. I’ve requested a full refund instead but will never use this company again!

£30 spent. Ended up with a smashed box with 5 flowers in all dead and crushed.
They were 3 days late also!
I have requested a refund as I was so appalled. I never leave reviews but people need to be aware of how awful this service is.

Well only if I had known beforehand….always read the reviews……flowers are a day late ,for a birthday only for them to be telling me, they will be delivered the day after ….Do not use this service and if there was such a thing they would be getting minus 3 stars……UPDATE…..flowers and gifts eventually came at between 14:30pm and 16:15 ,,,,just left on the door step no knock or acknowledgment despite occupants working from home ?… USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL….PS I did contact customer services, no joy from them either
